Unfortunately, my experience at this location was extremely disappointing. The service was poor, and I felt unfairly treated. I won’t be returning and recommend that others spend their money somewhere it is valued and appreciated.

I always have a wonderful experience at this new location….literally ALL of the employees there are so friendly and very kind. I even ordered at the wrong location by mistake and they HAPPILY made me a new order and never gave me a hard time. LOVE this location

Everytime I come here my coffe or latte tastes like straight water or milk it’s like NOBODY knows how to make the drinks . And sadly this the closest one to me on the way to work I just be hoping it a be good and it’s always nasty and a waste honestly

They have restored my faith in buying Starbucks again!!! I usually do not buy coffee from here, but I am currently in the process of moving and needed some coffee. Took another chance with Starbucks and this is some of the best coffee I have ever tasted! Wonderful service! Lovely interactions. 5 out of 5 stars

I visited this Starbucks on their Christmas launch day specifically to purchase the limited-edition barista glass bear cups. To my surprise, I saw two available at the register—only to be told they were being held exclusively for employees. Elizabeth explained that her manager, Rachel (I believe that was her name), had approved this.

It’s really disappointing. Part of the excitement of launch days is visiting different stores and finding limited merchandise in stock. But what’s the point when items are claimed by staff before customers even have a chance to buy them? This policy feels unfair and takes away from the customer experience.

I swing by this store on occasion on my way into the office, and it’s one of the better locations in the Charlotte area. Some locations lack in the welcoming vibe - some baristas barely acknowledge you at all, and this is during slow traffic times. No matter how busy they are at this location, everyone is super welcoming, always smiling, and always busting their tails to get orders out. Even apologizing for the “delay” when it actually took them no time to get my order. That just shows how much they focus on customer service. There’s a store closer to my house where it makes sense to grab my coffee and enjoy it on the drive to work, but I’d rather make the commute half asleep and stop here. Gets the morning off to a good start when you first encounter super positive energy.

Also, my wife was a ten year barista and makes a great latte, and it’s hard to beat. This store rivals that.

The most racist Starbucks in the country don’t go to this location ever …
A person of not my demographic goes before me and gets amazing service and when I get to the counter and place my order the lady tells me she cannot let me use the rest room till my order is paid so she can write the chose on my receipt not what she told the person before me who was a different demographic !! Once I got our drinks one of it was horrible a nitro cold brew with vanilla sweet cream which had no sweet cream and a warm cold brew so I went back in the store to let them know only to be told that I probably don’t know what a warm “ cold brew” tastes like . I was appalled and I let them know I exactly know what that tastes like given I have ordered the exact same drink for many years now only to be met with sarcastic laugh and a very dismissive expression no apology and no offer to change my drink while the rude lady who asked me to pay before using the rest room walked away for another employee to berate me … Starbucks is never getting me back as a customer again !!

Love this location so far! The folks who work here are so friendly and attentive; they even seem to know quite a few of the regulars by name. I’m not usually there during what would be considered busy times, but my orders always come out quick and the quality of the drinks and food is excellent.
