The most racist Starbucks in the country don’t go to this location ever …
A person of not my demographic goes before me and gets amazing service and when I get to the counter and place my order the lady tells me she cannot let me use the rest room till my order is paid so she can write the chose on my receipt not what she told the person before me who was a different demographic !! Once I got our drinks one of it was horrible a nitro cold brew with vanilla sweet cream which had no sweet cream and a warm cold brew so I went back in the store to let them know only to be told that I probably don’t know what a warm “ cold brew” tastes like . I was appalled and I let them know I exactly know what that tastes like given I have ordered the exact same drink for many years now only to be met with sarcastic laugh and a very dismissive expression no apology and no offer to change my drink while the rude lady who asked me to pay before using the rest room walked away for another employee to berate me … Starbucks is never getting me back as a customer again !!

Love this location so far! The folks who work here are so friendly and attentive; they even seem to know quite a few of the regulars by name. I’m not usually there during what would be considered busy times, but my orders always come out quick and the quality of the drinks and food is excellent.

Been here twice so far, the baristas are nice, ready to help and have gotten drinks out quickly so far. The frappes are great! Keep up the good work!

their restroom if for customers only i guess but i came thru the drive thru and then inside to use the restroom they acted like they didn’t wanna give me the code to use it but i just had to pee ? is it that serious ?????? i’m sorry but i was a customer and had hesitation for the code
Having worked in the food service industry I felt so bad coming in 15 mins before closing. But Ryel made sure that wasn’t the case, he greeted me with excitement and made me feel appreciated! I will return!! Thank you Ryel

Horrible policy at this Starbucks not allowing me to use the bathroom before ordering when I was in an emergent need .There was a code in the door so I waited 10 min outside the door with no one mentioning it , mind you zero customers there .
I felt belittled and embarrassed. I was planning to order more but had to shorten my order so I could make it to the bathroom .

5-9-2025 They relocated to a solo building. No longer in the shopping center. Place look really cool. I'm going to post some new pictures along with this review. The tables are nice and the service is pleasant and fast.

2024 review
Stopped by for a cup of Americano and a breakfast sandwich. I received the drink in a timely manner and the sandwich was tasty. There were available seats at the time I sat down.
My wife and I ordered two iced coffees Carmel Ribbon and two everything thing bagels the cashier where very professional and kind the drinks were fabulous surroundings was very peaceful we had truly enjoy their service and I will recommend this restaurant to anybody.

Bad service when asked for washroom. Parents lineup for food and ask for washroom for kids , the manager said have to pay before giving us a password to enter the washroom

Drive through fully empty
He wants us to say at the speaker even though nobody in line in front or back of me.
We spoke at speaker nobody answered for few seconds we didn’t wait long at speaker, we moved to window and but this loser employee want me to circle aprons the drive through and speak at speaker coz he said it’s company policy. I am like I am not doing this, so just cancel my order he idaf okay, and left I had to come back coz he didn’t cancel my order he needed to scan my app.
When I even came back he’s like how did I pay I said app. Then again he’s just quiet instead of giving clear next step even asking me to show him bar code to scan.
I had such a wonderful experience at this Starbucks, thanks to the amazing front desk girl(Kay).She was greeting every one.she was handed my drink and food to my table.when Im carrying my kid.Her efficiency in taking orders and making sure everything was accurate made my order smooth and enjoyable. Even during busy hours, she remained calm and friendly. Kudos to whole team.Keep up the great work!
Instead of a welcoming, community-oriented environment that Starbucks is known for, this new location on west mallard creek that just opened next to Sonata, fosters a hostile atmosphere. The staff seemed uninterested in providing even basic customer service. I went to take a picture with someone in the lobby and she basically shooed me out. Said you can’t take photos inside. Since when? This is the second time I’ve been in, and each time is worse than the last. I’m literally spending my MONEY here. Not anymore. The staff here are garbage and not at all what Starbucks is about.
I usually don’t bother leaving reviews but I felt compelled to do so after this. I wanted to give my tween daughters and myself a little holiday treat yesterday. I ordered a chestnut praline latte for me, it tasted like they just rinsed the coffee pot and added the milk, it was terrible. When I got home I took the lid off and tried to stir it, there was a dead bug on the bottom of my drink. Needless to say I dumped the whole thing and will never be back to this starbucks.
