I usually don’t bother leaving reviews but I felt compelled to do so after this. I wanted to give my tween daughters and myself a little holiday treat yesterday. I ordered a chestnut praline latte for me, it tasted like they just rinsed the coffee pot and added the milk, it was terrible. When I got home I took the lid off and tried to stir it, there was a dead bug on the bottom of my drink. Needless to say I dumped the whole thing and will never be back to this starbucks.

I went this morning to Starbucks had a pick up order of a tea and some oatmeal. Upon getting my oatmeal I noticed they didn’t give me blueberries and I let the barista know, she let me know they now charge for the blueberries. I let her know I’d leave my bag so that she could put the blueberries as I go to the register to pay for the blueberries I see her taking them out and since I had paid for these blueberries already and left my bag near her to add the berries in my bag I assumed she would put the berries in my bag. When I got home to start assembling my oatmeal I realized she never added my blueberries in the bag.

There is a barista named Hailey that came off rude. During my order she kept cutting me off while I was speaking. I don't believe she intended to come off rude..she just believed she already knew what I wanter to order..but cutting me off while I'm speaking, made me feel like my voice didn't matter.

Yes, that’s me. The sprinklers turns on after I parked. Lol The staff are just always like neighborly! Seriously fun to pick up orders any day of the week! Drinks are always on point! Anytime they’re out of something they’re just so great about it with suggestions for alts or easy refunds. It’s just great! 10 thumbs up
Showed up at around 6:00 in the morning and according to Google the store was open but the only people inside were employees. I tried to go and it was locked so I wanted to get one of the employees attention to ask him when it opened and all three of them just ignored me.
