It's true what they say... the tables and floors here are dirty and gross. The setup of the store is unusual because it's at the end of the building. There is no drive-thru. However, the other semi-close Starbucks with a drive-thru had a shooting so the Arbor Starbucks for the win.

Friendly staff but service is pretty slow. Took quite a while to get the coffees after been ordered.
It's a Starbucks and everything in here is Starbuckery! It is a rather unique layout. They have gender neutral restrooms. We received patient, friendly service, and the baristas don't seem overworked or grouchy. We got our current favorite "Mocha Cookie Crumble," and it was really nice. Actually a little better than usual. The menu seemed to be edited. There were no lunch sandwiches. They were rocking an extensive cup clearance rack. Sis got a cute cup for $9.99 -- Score! I would have warmed up to this location more if there were a drive through.
