Im absolutely in love with this location. Especially considering it’s inside one of my favorite stores. The gentleman that makes my latte every time I work in this area makes it right every single time ! I truly love the ladies whom take the orders as well they are absolute angels. Just wanted to brag about how good this Starbucks is ! Also the jalapeño chicken bake wrap thing is actually pretty good.

I experienced the worst customer service at this Starbucks location. I went to order a drink at 7:56 when on the app it says they close at 9 the lady looked at me and said “you can’t order we’re closed” and brushed me off I asked “what time do you close” she proceeded to look at the time and say “7:55 I’m not servicing you” and walked away never in my life have I ever been dismissed by a service worker like that and I promise you I will never be back to this location

Met the nicest employees at Starbucks today. ZY (took my order) she was so sweet. I explained that the last time I picked up a strawberry Açaí refresher it wasn’t made well, way too much ice, not enough refresher, they were so kind & understanding & Megan made me the perfect one this afternoon. She is awesome! Starbucks I also want you to know that Dayton went above & beyond when I asked him what the address of this Starbucks in Target is, so I can write about it on Google, he went & double checked the number on the building. That was incredible! These young employees deserve recognition.

I ordered A Carmel Crunch Frap W/expresso shot ,The worker made my frappe then proceeded to pour the expresso shot onto my whip cream And when I asked her to remake it She still proceeded to be rude and make it wrong

They update their hours, the store says it closes at 9:00 pm and I came at 8:00 pm and the worker told me that it was already closed

I got this lame drink for $8, pure ice. Took me 2 min to finish it. What a waste of money. Also it didn’t have any taste. Starbucks is just stealing people’s money. They told me this is a “grande”.
Girl at the counter wasn’t necessarily rude but she certainly wasn’t nice or pleasant. If you are getting a job in a good service/customer service industry then you could fake a smile. It’s not a hard thing to be personable. And on top of the attitude my drink was not made incorrectly. I go to the Starbucks on the other side of town usually but today I was on this side of town so I went. Big mistake I payed 12 dollars for a buy one get one free coffee neither of which were made correctly. And when I asked the barista if it was made how I ordered she said yes then her and the other 2 “baristas” went to the back and a different barista apologized and added more flavor to my coffee but it still was not good. I didn’t end up drinking either coffee and was very disappointed in my drinks and my experience. Now I am not the kind of person to get loud and demand what I am owed so I took my aweful drinks and left but it could have been much worse. Needless to say I will not be returning to this store or any other target Starbucks again.

Waiting 35 minutes for a triple espresso is crazy not to mention being stuck in the line because you can’t leave due to the way the parking lot is layed out. Honestly I think there’s a wait almost every time I come here it’s getting old.

This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. These girls behind the counter are the worst Starbucks employees I’ve ever had to deal with. I’ve been here multiple times and get treated the same way. They’re very disrespectful very rude. Don’t tell you what’s going on and they make conversation with each other about their personal business and have no sense of urgency for the customer. when you see these two women there, just head in a different direction. If Starbucks corporate knew what was going on here, these two would be fired. I hate how they make conversations with all their friends while they’re making your coffee, but could care less about the customer.
