Starbucks has changed its coffee-making process. The machines automatically dispense coffee, like a travel plaza on interstate highways. The robust, dark roast tastes more like a blond kr medium roast. To achieve a dark roast, one or two espresso shots are needed. The costs increase by 30%, which is not sustainable for a Grande cup. So, I will continue buying the Starbucks beans, grinding them, and using my coffee pot.

Love this place. This is my favorite Starbucks in Charlotte. Staff is always so friendly. Coffee order is always good. Doesn't matter how long the drive thru line is the morning. It goes quick.

The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming at the drive thru! Whoever owns the store needs to clean the drive through area. There’s been a half empty venti cup on the curb h fee the window with other trash for two weeks and the counter is super dirty. Pressure washing and garbage cleanup will go a long way.

Ordered a drink off doordash from the store on Sunset. The shots were old, the dome lid was filthy and there was a dollop off whipped cream on top for a $10 drink. Came to the Davis Lake location and Cody the manager took care of it with no problem! This will always be my go to spot. Thanks again Cody! You made my day so much better!

I love this Starbucks !! All of the baristas take time to have a small conversation even when they are super busy! I look forward to my drink whenever I get the chance to stop by ☕️

my drinks are never good here. my go to is an iced matcha with strawberry cold foam. the matcha is always clumpy, and if i don’t specify EXTRA cold foam, i will get barely any. and it’s like that with any inclusions or additions. it’s annoying
Longest wait I’ve ever had at a Starbucks. The line was extremely long, so o decided to go inside where the wait was just as long as the line. I was given my breakfast sandwich before my drink and sadly by the time I received my drink my sandwich was cold. Very inconvenient.

I love going to this Starbucks. Everyone there is so nice, they go out of their way to remember you and make it a local spot instead of your standard 1000 Starbucks chain location. The early morning crew make my day each time I go. Thank you to the Davis Lake staff.
