I came by Starbucks today at 7:35 and a lady said that they were closed, although they aren't scheduled to close until 8:00 p.m.. There were at least three people in there. As I was sitting down watching the Charlotte international arts festival music, I saw at least 10 other people try to open the door which was locked And get told the same thing.

Second day of group orders. By far the worse coffee I have ever had. Day one white chocolate mocha. No coffee in the drink. Next day, dirty chai. Overloaded with Chai no coffee. Employees, just don’t care at all anymore. This location is the worst.

I decided to walk around downtown to see if I could find a spot to charge my phone until my AirBnB was ready for check in and I stumbled on this Starbucks. Of course I thought, well I can go there, charge my phone and have a coffee then keep moving. I ended up staying for almost an hour just chatting with one of the managers, Sarah. She was so delightful, made many recommendations for food, entertainment and even provided safe routes for walking around town. This was the nicest store, everyone was so welcoming. I look forward to visiting this location again during my stay!

Stopped by this morning and the mocha I got is so awful I threw the whole drink away!! It tasted super burnt or something. Worst coffee drink I have ever had. I order mochas regularly at other Starbucks, this was my first time at this location and I will not be back. Unfortunately I don't have time to go back by there to request they remake it.
