I go to those location 2 to 3 times a week and they are very friendly. There are 2 baristas that remember my drink order and also my name.
Probably my favorite location out of the ones I go to.

The staff at this location are WONDERFUL!!! This team helped us pull off our board meeting after a nearby restaurant mixed up our reservation. They accommodated our group flawlessly and Raven’s hospitality helped make sure we had everything we needed. Thanks so much!

Two guys on duty 7/2 around 7:20p gave me such a hard time with ordering one drink. I waited at the register patiently waiting for someone to say hello and proceed with taking my order, upon me waiting I observed both guys chatting with two young ladies that was not ordering. I smiled graciously and made eye contact to let them know I am solely here to order. As I waited no one acknowledged. I then softly grasp one of the guys attention and he put his hand up showing his palm abruptly interfering my order with a palm and a “hold on”. As busy as this location usually is I assumed he was multi tasking orders of some sort only to see him resume his laughter of conversation with the ladies (not employees) that was visiting them. I waited and waited until one of the ladies felt remorse and nudged the guy to take my order. This is unacceptable. Where is the respect and professionalism these days. This sadden me as I am a regular at this location and other employees greet me with the up most respect.
Might I add my coffee was wrong but due to the atmosphere of this situation I grabbed my drink and moved on.

They lied directly to my face again today when I tell them they did not put any syrup in my latte and I get out of the store and there’s no syrup in it. Why lie why just not make the drink as required I understand you’re busy but you guys are too busy hanging out with the customers and talking to them and then you wonder why you have 30 drinks that you still have to make yet. Really awful.
