It was 7:50 and they told me they were closed, I was going to order something prepackaged so it wasnt much trouble, clearly on the website it says close at 8:00 pm.

as i was ordering the girl who was taking my order on december 18 at 2:30 ish pm decided to stop in the middle of my order and take the person who was at the drive thru. mind you i was there first so it's not like the drive thru person was waiting. if i knew that you guys prioritize drive thru more than in store i wouldn't have gone here. very unprofessional.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks location. The employees had the lights turned off, making it look like the store was closed, even though I was in line before their posted closing time. When I approached, they refused to take my order, which felt unprofessional and disrespectful. I expect better service from Starbucks and was truly let down by this experience.

I am ALWAYS Nervous with ordering. Rachel was Absolutely Amazing!!! She was patient, kind and knowledgeable. I gave her my vision for a fruity and refreshing drink and she nailed it. I usually stick to my Caramel Ribbon Crunch, but I wanted something Summery and sweet. I left with the Mango-Dragonfruit refresher with Pineapple. It was Delicious ?

I love going to Starbucks...and their drinks...although I think they are a little expensive...and I only had one bad experience...I ordered a cappuccino...and when I was leaving The drink I had was bitter.....I didn't know that cappuccinos don't have sugar☺️?.....I had to go back and ask for sugar.....so when you can have a cappuccino, if not you want it bitter. ...ask it with sugar???
