i ordered 2 sandwiches and a water. price aside, i got my first sandwich pretty fast. but the second one was taking a long time. i saw them make a ton of sandwich that were ordered after mine. after about 10 minutes i asked about it and someone apologized and said they were working on it. another 8 minutes later is till don’t have it so i asked again and they said they were out. i wasted a lot of time just waiting when i feel like they could’ve told me that they were just out.

Terrible service, very slow at taking orders and even slower at making coffee. I waited for my drink for over 25 minutes. watching the staff, I saw how they were making - it seemed like they were all new and didn't know how to cook, that they were making unnecessary drinks and pouring them down the sink, and remaking them several times.

The worst experience I’ve ever had, from start to finish. Took close to 45 minutes to finally place our order. There was only one person taking orders while the rest stood around looking at each other. $7 for a 20oz bottle of water is outrageous. My nephew’s lemonade tasted like water. It was pointless to go back and ask for a remake as everything takes too long and we wanted to enjoy the park already. Skip this place and just get food elsewhere.

Poorly run, they had only one cashier despite the line creating a backlog. There was literally a point where none of the workers had orders to fulfill despite the long line while the cashier took over 5 mins to take the order from one customer. So 6 workers were idle during that period. Someone,who I can only assume was the manager, was then training another person on how to use the register instead of just opening it themselves. Finally, after 15 mins in the line, they open the next register. By the time I got up to finally order, it had been over 25 mins. They were missing several items, and a bottle of water cost $7. When I finally got my food, it was 35 mins past the time we entered the restaurant. Completely horrible experience.

They refuse to sell cups of ice water. They will only sell bottles of water and they will not provide a cup of ice for it even if you ask to buy it. They will only give small taster cups of water and ice. Ridiculous when every Starbucks everywhere else let's you buy ice waters.

This is just a Starbucks for sure, but they keep the regular prices, and it is in a theme park. A great stop for a coffee or cool down.
Kid-friendliness: This place was slammed as you can imagine but the staff was all really efficient and friendly.

Only stopped once, but it was stuffy and dirty. I didn’t enjoy my experience at this particular location and will not likely go again, but they picked a great spot right inside the park!
