Ordered a matcha with lavender foam, The barista made the drink so poorly that the foam was mixed into the drink. I don’t get that good feeling of a nice flavorful lavender foam, the smooth and compact texture of the foam. Because it’s mixed into with the drink. Also we bought cups too, the cashier said that there’s no bags. At the pickup, there’s tons of bags there.

came here to get ice coffee & ordered 2 venti cups & 1 grande. they gave me all grande i let them know. all i got was a “ i guess not” i knew exactly what i ordered. usually that never happens some times they would fix it & give me my venti cups but that was such a rude response. it was a tall latino guy. never had this issue before & when it happens they usually give me a free drink.

Honestly, today I ordered something and they charged me for something else. They gave me something different than what I ordered. Very bad service! How can you confuse caramel with a Frappuccino? I paid $3 extra because someone else made a mistake?

The staff kinda will ignore you at the counter to prioritize their srive through customers. I saw a car pull in upon entry, the heavyweight enfeminate white guy ignored me at the counter, passed me like 4 times before having a cute black girl (wearing a wig/weave with pink highlights) to take my order who was professional before he prepared the order for the person who placed the order at the drive thru.
With all the times he passed me then went to ask the girl to take my order, he could have taken my simple medium coffee order..but chose not to (racist?)

The young black girl is an asset to the franchise location. Cheery, greets customers well and is efficient. The guy with dreadlocks stare customers down upon entry.Why?

Questin ...why do customers need to request or demand a receipt when it should be provided to the customer upon completion of purchase?!?

Businesses should not get personal. I walked in to get my wife a coffee. A guy continue to smile at me very creepy. I told him to stop staring at me and smiling like that. Look the other way. I guess it’s a gay didn’t know that. But like I said it it’s a business. It shouldn’t get personal. I didn’t realize there was gay flags all around.(inside). that is horrible business. Very disgraceful. I don’t ever see American flags hanging in Starbucks. But gay flags. The staff then started giving me an attitude after I told a little creepy gay guy to look the other way. (Normal tone). Apparently, If you’re gay, you’re OK if you’re straight, you’re not. But still got my coffee and a timely matter and it was good thank you for that.

I had the worst experience ever today. I will be reaching out to corporate. And I will be posting a video on my Instagram about this experience and I have over 100K followers. So today I went to this location and asked for a cup of water. The guy refused said they don't give out free water. I didn't ask for free water and told him we'll how much is it? He told me I have to be a paying customer. I said okay that's fine how much? He refused to give me a price and we argued back and forth which was difficult because I was litterly out of breathe and chest was hurting and needed to take my medicine that's only reason I asked for water. And I even explained to him I didn't feel good and needed to BUY some water to take my medicine and he refused. This is a very racist location and I see now why none of my coworkers across the street go to this location. It's sad that in this day and age I still have to deal with racism.
