So I walked in to get a coffee and I stood in line behind another woman. I was not greeted at all. Some other guy name Peter walks in behind me & they greet him & TOOK HIS ORDER BEFORE MINE AND I WAS THERE BEFORE HIM! Nobody apologized and I still was not greeted. I am literally upset by this. No way to treat a guest.

Plenty of seating, plus diverse seating. Umbrellas over picnic tables outside. Comfy, singular, cushioned chairs inside with a coffee table, and the usual bars and regular table seating. It was quiet atmosphere, would be good for our special children.
They overturned the whole staff a year or so ago and now none of the employees care and the store is filthy. My iced coffee is always the wrong color now (iykyk) and that never happened under Christina's watch. Idk what happened to the old crew but yall should try to lure them back.

I was having a bad little moment from a woman across the parking lot in the grocery store that hit me with her cart and I needed a little pick me up. The barista inside Starbucks had the most kindest and generous smile and service and actually listened to me as I was telling her what happened to me just moments earlier. Her empathy and consideration really brightened up my day and thank you so much for that kind gesture.

This Starbucks without fail gets my order wrong every single time!!! I never want to make a scene and it’s always too busy for them to correct but I will never be returning. My order is the same every single time. I get 2x iced quads with LIGHT ICE and EXTRA FOAM!!! It’s a mobile order. It’s written on the cup. I pay almost $4 extra for the FOAM for both orders. EVERY SINGLE TIME there is ice to the brim and a spritz of foam. I have wasted an embarrassing amount of money and time hoping they will read my order and make it correctly. It is the closest Starbucks to me. It is neverrrrr correct and I’m paying for ingredients that I never receive ever! I am so mad bc this is my money and it’s a busy location and the order is never made correctly
Put milk in my drink i’m allergic i asked for almond milk. Very rude employees treated me like i was stupid and made rude comments.

Edit: she made my drink wrong. I asked for light ice and extra whip... And any ice drink? You're supposed to put the milk before the ice, and she put the ice before the milk so it melted right away. , then she proceeded to put less than the normal amount of whipped cream on my beverage as well. There was also nobody waiting in line when I got there and no one at the handoff counter, but there were people waiting at the table for two drinks. Just two Absolutely no sense of urgency at ALL. 12 minutes ago I placed my mobile order and it's still not ready. I'm at Starbucks barista and I would have had everything she was doing in less than 10 minutes. This girl is moving SO slow. I almost walked out because I have somewhere to be , which is why I mobile ordered. App said would be ready in 4-7 minutes and there were 2 drinks before mine. Girl what?
