Took a LOOOOONG time to get my order
I come here often when I dash. I never gave this place a review and it's one of the most pleasant places to go when you're getting your day started. In particular it is three women there I don't know their names I only know one name and her name is Tasha. Always hospitable, always smiling and always moving quickly to get customers orders. They pay close attention to detail even every now and then they draw or they write little messages to their customers and I've been to thousands of places and very few do things of that magnitude with gratitude. I urge you to at least give her ( there's another young lady in there she has locs there's also an older gentleman and there's like three other people that I see all the time and they're always doing great. All of them deserve a raise because when I say they've been doing this for months I know I have seen them since December at least three to six times a day everyday and they're always nice. Mad respect to them; I tip my hat. Respectfully, please give them a raise ... they're definitely worth the investment!! Peace
I have gone to this location many times and for the last three I have been met with horrible customer service and incorrect items, a drink will be made wrong & food items made wrong it’s like there’s a blatant disregard for things that are asked. If I am paying for something I expect that it be done correctly.

Drink orders are either incorrect, not filled all the way, or missing an ingredient. One day I received a mocha instead of a hot chocolate. Today I received a watery hot chocolate that barely tastes like any peppermint. Will just go to another location in the future.
This has become my husband and my favorite new breakfast tradition place. We're addicted to the peppermint mocha frappés and lattes. And I love their ham and Swiss croissant. Their customer service is amazing as well! Employees are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about all the different products. Thanks for a great experience time after time!
I wish I could give ZERO stars. My drinks have been watered down always for the third time in the row and whoever that older man with tanned skin at the window is just RUDE! He told me, “If you knew you were paying cash you should’ve been had your money ready,” and then tried to laugh it off, yeah… NOT WITH ME.

I have been a fan of Starbucks since long time ago.! Today I go to get my coffee as usual and again I have been told to have my payment ready and that’s ridiculous because I alway do. I’m the only person they say this to , and I know it for sure since I was behind a car and listening to see if they tell this to other people but no ! They didn’t so when I go to pay I told this lady not to tell mi this anymore because I know how Starbucks works like and I’m not not going to hold the line up to find the money at the last minute I’m not stupid. , I ‘m bilingual and have a beautiful accent , being here so long. There is no excuses to get treated they way they do with me like Iam different. They asked for respect when they do not respect costumers with accent. I just hope they fix this problem by training the employers better. I will never come back to this rude location anymore!

I usually go here and buy my regulars however today there were younger girls they got my order wrong so instead of holding up the line I told them I’ll park and come inside to make it easier as she asked kindly if i could park to wait on my cheese danish. Once in there they remade the orders and were very kind before leaving I stopped by the Register to ask if they received the Stanley x Starbucks new cup. What a mistake. She seemed busy and wanted to go back to her doings and yelled all we have is on that wall. Appealed I asked so you never received the new one that launched today in The middle of the store she yelled pointing her whole arm out to the wall ALL WE HAVE IS ON THAT WALL. Well excuse me for coming and paying for my morning coffee to be yelled at. Excuse me for asking a simple question. To think when they mixed sizes and didn’t blend them drink I didn’t yell I smile waited patiently as they got it right. When they forgot my strawberry frap I showed the receipt waited while they grabbed it off the counter melting in a corner. I could’ve yelled but I didn’t. The savage they hired did. As I turned around to leave even the guest behind me were in shock of course not one staff member will correct that employee all stood there surprise and carried on. If you wish to be insulted take your money there.
Kid-friendliness: Yell at you in front of your kids for asking if they have a cup in stock. Won’t recommend!

It's okay there to high on prices for Me but I love there coffee ☕️
Parking: It's a big place just alot of people and very busy
