I order here often because it’s the closest to my office.
I ordered and paid for a coffee and a Ham and cheese baguette $7.65
I get the notification that my order is ready a few minutes later.
I get to the window and only get the drink, I ask if I need to wait for my sandwich and they have no idea what I’m talking about. They look it up and find an empty paper bag. Another person comes and says they don’t have it and I can choose something else, I asked if I could get a refund, they insist I pick something else.
After getting ignored several times if I could get a refund, I reluctantly pick the Tomato and mozzarella on focaccia (which is cheaper - and swallow the cost difference)
I head back to my office and open the sandwich bag.. THIS is what they gave me!!!is this acceptable???
I thought they were ready sandwiches that they heat up.. Where is the rest of my sandwich!????? 😟😡😩

I order a hot coffee and the most expensive food item on the menu, I get lukewarm slightly coffee flavored watered down milk, and a soggy bread that has 1 and a half slices of tomato.

Won’t be back to this location- I do not recommend.

Couple weeks ago I ordered a sandwich on mobile app. When i asked for my food, was told that they are out of it. New sandwich was offered, which is fine. Worst part was when i have to 20 min for it and asked couple times what's going on. Ladies inside start laughing. Sandwich was for my toddler. Today i was in line at 7:57pm to get a drink for my kid again. I know closing time is 8 pm. There was a couple in front of me and their order was taken, but i was told that this is last order staff taking and couldn't get a drink. Really not good experience at this location

On Thursday, I decided to order from Starbucks when the app is not updated so when I get there to pick up my food, they do not have part of the order. They refunded me and that was fine. I tried the same location again on the following Saturday. My order was OK but it sat there and they made me wait. Almost 15 minutes before I could pick it up because they were too busy we making the same drink over and over and over for another Customer, yet they kept getting it wrong. Not to leave out that I kept seeing one of the barista’s continuously scratch her face and her nose, as she was fixing the same drink over and over and over again . because of the lack of Cleanliness, I will not be back that was disgusting just made me not want what I ordered. I don’t know if you picked your nose or scratched your face in the midst of fixing my drink. Disgusting.

My family went to this Starbucks and ordered fairly easy items from the menu, actually they were the drinks advertised on the little board out front. However, the lady taking our order was INCREDIBLY RUDE. She copped an attitude from the get go and snapped after we had to repeat the order multiple times just so she could understand. I work in retail and even on my worst days I would never act that way towards a customer. I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere, even if it’s slightly inconvenient.
