Anniyah was super awesome in helping me with my order. She was very friendly, helpful and she knew how to build rapport. I’m in customer service and building rapport is important. I would visit this Starbucks inside Harris Teeter on 4701 Smith Farms Rd more often if I knew the days Anniyah would be there. You need more people like her and she deserves a raise.
Stopped by after a shift for a pick-me up. I have not had Starbucks in a while and this location did not disappoint! Hasam was great and the other workers whose names I can not remember at the moment were amazing too. Didn't know what I wanted and was suggested a great tasting drink might stop by again.
