Worst Starbucks ever. Poor customer service and waited 30 minutes for an online order. The manager needs more help and more polite staff.

The staff are really nice and doesn't rush you like other places I've been at so far I've had a great experience at this location on brewerick town so if I could give them more than 5 I would hehe.

As I was ordering there was some construction going on & I believe the barista couldn’t hear me .She seemed annoyed by the tone in her voice however, I gave her grace . I ordered two caramel ribbon crunch frappes with 2 shots of espresso & extra crunch toppings . I didn’t want to be presumptuous so I proceeded through the drive thru to pay for my order . There was definitely a disdain for me when the barista seen me . I remained kind. I noticed there was a couple jokes made in between making my dink by the door handler with the nose piercing and the actual barista making my drinks and they didn’t put my espresso shots in my drink .I won’t make this about color although it did seem pretty racially motivated.
I placed a mobile order for drive-thru pickup, but due to the long line, I went inside the store. It took a while before anyone acknowledged me. When I let the employee know I had a mobile order, they confirmed it was being worked on.
Unfortunately, the drink I received was incorrect. My order ticket specified “no inclusions,” yet the drink was made with inclusions. When I pointed this out, the employee checked the ticket, acknowledged the mistake, but responded with an unprofessional attitude. They did remake the drink, but their demeanor remained dismissive throughout the process.
After receiving the corrected drink, I noticed my bakery items were missing. When I brought this up, the same employee again responded with attitude and implied the items would come out shortly. Another employee the one who initially greeted me eventually provided the missing items.
I regularly visit this location during the week and have always had positive experiences. This visit, however, was the first time I came on a weekend, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience compared to the excellent service I usually receive.
This is my go to place for quick business meetings. It is literally within minutes of my house and all the workers here have been great!

The service was very poor. When the customer made a request, they showed a bad attitude, mumbled, and spoke in an unfriendly manner. It’s been a long time since I last came back, but the service is still just as bad. Maybe it’s because their manager doesn’t see what’s going on.
Awful service I asked 3 vanilla Ben frap the guy gave me ice, no flavor at all, I went back and told him to replace it, got upset the throwing the stuff in the sink. I never had an issue like this inside Harris teeter

I had a disappointing experience with the customer service at this location The interaction fell short of the standards I typically expect from this well-known brand. The staff seemed inattentive and unresponsive, which made the visit unpleasant. There was a noticeable lack of friendliness and efficiency,
While Starbucks is usually known for its welcoming environment, this particular experience was not up to par. I hope improvements can be made to ensure better customer interactions at this location in the future.

I'm a frequent Starbucks visitor. I was in the area headed to the mall. This is one of the bad ones. Ordered a latte, egg bites, cup of ice water to take my meds. They were out of cookies, out of the lemon cake..What really was bad, the guy at the window began to hand me the wrong food..I said that's not mine..he handed me my order, just so non- caring about what they doing. Then I noticed he forgot my water..I was angry how he was acting so goofy about something they should care about. Total bad service!!!
Do better or shut it down!!!

This Starbucks is great and I’m not taking any stars off for their dumb customers. Just a recommendation to the business to place cones or bumps around this area which is clearly NOT a drive thru entrance. People in the line shot me dirty looks for actually being in the right lane while they cut through the double lines and are obstructing the right way of traffic. lmao.
