Ordered inside. No line, still not fast. 5 minutes to get coffee. 16 minutes to get food.

Really nice baristas most of the time but I can’t help but think most people on bar don’t pay attention to the mobile print outs at all. I order either black or green tea with light peach juice. That’s it no water or syrup or anything and the tea almost always tastes burnt or old no matter the kind and tastes watered down and there’s almost never peach juice. I did the barista thing…this isn’t a hard drink.

This used to be one of the best Starbucks in the area, but within the last year it’s declined immensely. Don’t ever come here if you’re in a hurry. Even if there’s only 2 other people, you’ll wait 20+ minutes for your drink. God forbid you order food too.
The employees are nice, but they don’t seem to have a whole lot of spacial awareness and urgency.

Just want to shout out the lady working the drive thru today around 12/1. I was having a meltdown and she was kind as can be. Need more people in the world like here, and more employees. I'm a general manager of a restaurant and that's someone I'd want on my team. Thank you.

I literally get the same drink made when I come. It always tastes different and not in a good way. I can go to the Starbucks on south Tryon which sucks because it’s a little further, however they make the drink perfectly everytime. This particular time I went got the same drink not only was it nasty but the lady working the window literally decided to clean the window serving area with a dirty coffee filled rag and immediately after place the top on my coffee no gloves no washing her hands. I get my coffee and it’s wet marks on the top from her hands forcing me to drink coffee out of a straw.

Very slow service almost every time.

I visit this Starbucks daily on my commute to work. The staff is friendly and brimming with enthusiasm. The drive-thru and mobile ordering are exceptionally fast too. I highly recommend this Starbucks if you’re seeking a friendly and welcoming experience.

I don’t usually do reviews for establishments or people because good customer service is baseline customer service; however a huge shout out to Nicole the barista here! She is friendly and knowledgeable and her bubbly personality made ordering for my wife and youngest a great experience!!

20 mins for drive thru pick up

It took 20 minutes to make our two teas and the store was not super busy. The counters were dirty and there were extra stock all over the counters. The staff appeared to be drowning in orders between counter and drive through and struggled to keep up. We have had several bad experiences here in this store with wrong orders, missed items, and drinks that didn’t quite taste correctly made.
