Be careful with mobile orders. If they miss an item, they say the only way to get a refund is to physically return to the store. This is just a bad policy. I don't blame the employees, but as a company, this needs to be rethought. Very much an inconvenience.

Our Favorite locations are Celanese and Cherry at Winthrop.
The employees at both are absolutely awesome!
I just wish they hadn't changed their hours. We're late coffee drinkers, and love to sit outside and chat.

Location was recently renovated and super clean. Service is always courteous and fast. Perhaps what impresses me most as of recent about this location is their willingness and eagerness to give back to the community. Partnered with them on a school related event. I really appreciated working with the store manager Robert. He and his staff are very nice, professional, and timely.

When placing the order the barista react rude on my request I asked for three coffees however he made a mistake on the order and I asked to cancel one of the coffees and he had attitude. Tell me which one. This is the first time in a Starbucks that I have this experience his attitude was not the right one.

Out of state visitor. Seems this location clears orders to keep their service times down when they start making the items, not upon completion. This creates a bit of hectic searching and longer waiting then the app reports or even their own order screens inside showing ready when they have only just started the preparation. Poor tactic to keep a fake data set of fast service
Why to difficult to order here and much higher priced than other Starbucks. They rang up everything in your cup separately

A big thank you to Robert at our local Starbucks! He kindly donated coffee and cups for our classroom’s parent breakfast. As teachers on a budget, we really couldn’t have done it without his help. His generosity made the morning special for our students and their families. We truly appreciate the support and will be making this location our Starbucks of choice!

This location was recently renovated and looks great. The vibe is way better than the old café, the coffee is consistently good, but the service is still pretty meh. That said, it’s a solid spot if you need to have a meeting, get some work done, or just grab a coffee and zone out for a bit.

I’ve been to many Starbucks, and this one in Steele Creek is the top of them all. The staff is personable and knows many customers by name. I started coming here when it was first built, so I’ve got to know all the managers you’ve had here. The current manager, Robert, is great and is a hands on manager. He can be seen daily in all aspects of the stores operation. He has the respect of customers and his employees as well. Very comfortable with the new remodel, and the outdoor seating is a great added perk when the weather permits.
