They never put the toppings on the drinks for some reason , the topping is what make a difference between a caramel brûlée vs just regular caramel

Ex ., pumpkin cold brew doesn’t have the pumpkin spice on top

Ex caramel brulee cold foam cold brew , NO brulee bits on top

Ex Brown sugar oatmilk shaken expresso , doesn’t have the cinnamon on top

During our most recent visit we ordered a couple breakfast wraps and a Chai Latte. The wraps seemed under filled and the Chai was not made in the specified ratio. They were not busy while we were there

They just cant handle the volume here. Mobile order, waited 25 min and gave up on half the order. I dont know how you mess up tea, but tea was mixed with a latte instead of water. 2nd time here and 2nd time with messed up orders and long process time. Try one of the other locations around maybe?

I have been a customer for many years and this was the 1st time I have had a negative experience. The staff argued with me about my order and proceeded to put his thumb on my cup to stir it. This is the steel creek location.

I usually don't write complaints but I was very frustrated with my experience at this location this morning. I went through the drive through and waited at the order screen for 5 mins and I called out to see if anyone could hear me but there was no response. So I figured the screen was broken and I drove forward to place my order at the window. I explained to the cashier what happened and she said it was OK for me to place my order with her at the window. She was having some trouble with her computer and called over a colleague. This colleague then comes to the window and asks me 'what's the problem?'. I wasn't aware there was a problem. I explained to her the situation with not being able to hear anyone through the order screen and she proceeds to tell me that I need to go back around the building and get in line behind the other cars and order again. I asked if there was anyway I could place the order here like I've done before when there's been a broken screen? But she made no effort to offer any other solution other than to get in the back of the now long line and try ordering again.

I had 3 crying babies in the car and i just wanted a matcha latte for myself. I've just rejoined the starbucks programme because i recently relocated to this area and this is the only coffee option. I will now delete the app as I won't be coming to this location again. Please improve your customer service!

If you ever need a quick treat try a caramel ribbon Frappuccino. Make sure Raven makes it so you get the best experience. I've had this drink many times and it's soooo much better when she makes it?. I don't know if it is the way she layers the whip cream, crunches and caramel or what?, but I do know that No one makes them the same as she does. Thank you Raven, I appreciate? you.
