ordered a venti with lite ice, got a grande full of ice. i told them and the women looking looked confused?? then one lady took it back and i watched her fill it completely up with milk, so of course i say that i always get this drink and that its usually darker and i am then met with arguing about the color of blonde espresso. eventually i tell them to remake the drink (because i tried it and surprise surprise it tastes like milk) and what do you know the drink is significantly darker and tastes normal.

Their inside seating would be better if they had screening or film to prevent the sun from coming in. The laptop plug in all face the outside and its very hard to work with the sun blasting on your face.

For some reason every time I order a hot drink from this location it tastes like it’s burnt. Once it tasted so bad I went to another location and ordered the same drink to see if it was my tastebuds being weird and the drink from the other location tasted normal. I even got my husband to blind test and he agreed the one from this location tasted bad. Not sure if their machine broke or if it’s employee error

He made my drink wrong and I politely let him know, he rolled his eyes and mumbled something under his breath. Unprofessional and honestly embarrassing. If you don't want to deal with people, maybe don't work in customer service?

First of all, the workers laughed at me when taking my order. Than the drink had no caramel in it (it was a caramel ribbon crunch frappe). The tables are dirty and overall this place is really disappointing.

Ordered a frozen tropical citrus with strawberry and came out all the way wrong. After waiting 30 mins past ordering via app,There was no slush nor did look anything like it was supposed to be and can't even taste the strawberry.

This Starbucks is located inside of a Harris Teeter. I stopped in at about 7:45 this morning. I work here in Charlotte but Orlando is home. I am working almost 70hours a week right now, so I am not able to get home to FL often right now. I woke up this morning and realized I did not have any coffee. I have been wanting to try Starbucks, so I decided to splurge a little and went and bought a $7 cup of coffee. I drink the glass bottles out of the convenience store pretty often, and the mocha is my usual choice. I decided to try a “white chocolate mocha” from their store. Never again. I do not know if it was not made right or if this is how it is supposed to taste. But it taste like there’s absolutely no sugar in it. It is white from all of the cream, but very bitter. Now I have to leave again to go find some more coffee and throw seven dollars down the drain. Do not get coffee from here, they obviously do not know what they are doing.

Staff is always pleasant and drinks are typically ready in a reasonable amount of time. Drinks aren’t consistent in taste though. Patio is nice area to enjoy a drink with a pup after our walk on the greenway. It’s also good space with kids. Interior is not always super clean but nothing major.
That little parking lot is a mess. I’d suggest parking a rock the street near the bathroom.

I ordered caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino with extra shot and extra caramel. And this is what I get, can’t even taste coffee, only caramel and ice, and there is barely any whip cream on top. Just wasted $8!??‍♀️ not coming back!
