I was waiting at the drive thru for 10 minutes and nobody has the curtesy to let me know that they changes their hours ….. I got my coffee here several times at 5:30Am..I diver up to the window and the employee tells stop honking!

Ordered iced latte with oatmilk, the lady in the hat (barista) was making my latte, then she dropped it and decided not to redo it but just add a bunch of ice in my cup. When I asked her to redo it she was very angry even though she dropped my coffee and more than half of it got spilled. So, She made a new coffee, and believe it or not it’s just oatmilk there is no espresso in it. Will not be back to this starbucks and don’t recommend it to anyone, absolutely unfriendly stuff.

We ordered an Iced Crisp Apple Macchiato and a Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino (no caffeine). The beverages were delicious and the staffs who's name was Mika and Yaz was super friendly :) I really appreciate your kindness. ?
Best service I’ve ever received at a Starbucks. Monica took our order and she was super friendly and helpful. We ordered a Venti Vanilla Bean Frappuccino with light ice and she made sure to let us know the consistency would be a bit water which we were fine with. She went even further with her exemplary service by showing us the blender after it was blended and asked us if this consistency was okay for us. I recently moved to this area and will make sure to go to this location and hopefully have Monica serve me again. Thank you for your kindness, friendliness, and over bubbly personality!!!
