7:40 standing here guy saw me when to back left his music on his phone playing and water running says you guys close at8 my kid just wanted a cake pop don’t even want a drink and the guy stayed in the back forever . Won’t be coming back not surprised at . This review won’t even matter

5 stars for the lovely baristas in the morning who always gets it right, however horrible service for baristas in the afternoon. It’s a completely different vibe, they’re very unmotivated, and my drinks always taste off.
Especially the one male who works in the afternoon, he has messed up my drink about 3 times, the manager needs to hold his/her staff accountable because people are paying for these drinks.
Slowest Starbucks service ever which is interesting because there was enough staff behind the counter to manage the 3 people in line. The Barista at the front seemed bothered to take our order and slow to approach while waiting at the counter to place the order. Waiting 15 minutes + for 1 iced drink at 3 PM (one of their slowest times of day I assume) feels excessive. This Starbucks is in one of the busiest Target locations in the state and needs to get it together.

This was my first time visiting the Starbucks in this location and I will have to say it was a very pleasant experience.
I want to recognize a very respectful and professional young lady that was very attentive while I placed a rather large order for my family. Her name I believe was Layla and she was a breath of fresh air with her customer service skills. My drinks were all accurate and everyone was very pleased with their orders.

Maybe if I actually received service I would give the store a better rating. I stopped by and nobody was behind the counter and according to information the store closes at 8pm. I noticed a young woman sitting at a table eating and she was the employee on duty. She sat and ate her food until 8pm.

I asked in store if a drink has caffeine because I’m pregnant and was told no. I looked it up online after I got home and apparently the oat milk gingerbread latte has 70 mg of caffeine. You can’t give incorrect health information to pregnant women.
