This was my first time visiting the Starbucks in this location and I will have to say it was a very pleasant experience.
I want to recognize a very respectful and professional young lady that was very attentive while I placed a rather large order for my family. Her name I believe was Layla and she was a breath of fresh air with her customer service skills. My drinks were all accurate and everyone was very pleased with their orders.

Maybe if I actually received service I would give the store a better rating. I stopped by and nobody was behind the counter and according to information the store closes at 8pm. I noticed a young woman sitting at a table eating and she was the employee on duty. She sat and ate her food until 8pm.

I asked in store if a drink has caffeine because I’m pregnant and was told no. I looked it up online after I got home and apparently the oat milk gingerbread latte has 70 mg of caffeine. You can’t give incorrect health information to pregnant women.

My caramel crunch literally taste like soap. How does a basic signature drink ruined. Wait time outrageous unable to wait for them to remake the drink!

I ordered a toffee nut iced coffee with oatmilk instead of regular cream. As you know, starbucks is STILL up charging for non dairy milks. And I would like my coffee to be treated the same, so when they placed a dark brown coffee on the table, I asked for some more oat milk. Well, the girl behind the counter gave me the dirtiest look and then proceeded to add one whole drop of oat milk so my coffee was still very dark. I wish I had taken a picture. I was so irritated at this lack of service and the pain that occurred when she had to DO HER JOB. I generally buy a coffee everyday at lunch, but honestly, this is the last starbucks I will choose from now on.

I always liked to go to this place but now I ordered a dragon fruit mango with heavy believe me and the woman made a face at me she threw it at me she told me you really like it that's not something common we haven't even prepared it she started laughing with her partner of work while I looked super bad hire people with layers oh do the impossible possible not ignorant without study less education

I ordered a Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino and it was watered down. All I could taste was milk and caramel. Waste of money and time.
Great coffee shop! Very clean with good service and pricing.
The Caramel Crunch was the reason I go to Starbucks but I went to different locations and it wasn’t good, like it was before!!!!
