Absolutely love this Starbucks location! The staff is wonderful, cheerful, welcoming and kind. Love the set up, seating options and outdoor seating. Only complaint is the bathrooms are usually dirty which is not the barista’s fault. I know how hard it is to balance everything going on and constant bathroom checks. One toilet had poop in the seat and the other was a little gross too. Again, this is the customers fault for making the bathrooms gross. Overall, great place, I recommend to everyone!

This is one of the best locations. All the staff is friendly and speak to you and seem very happy. They never mess up orders and I am just so happy when I go there. It’s also very clean!!

I asked for no ice for my refresher since its cold outside and they left my cup half empty. I work at starbucks myself and it absolutely doesn’t meet the standards. This location was my favorite but for the last couple months it was like that. Why do I pay the full price but get half of the cup? Girl working there offered me ice on the side and said it was supposed to be like that. Ridiculous

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. I asked for no ice and they left my cup less than half full. I still payed $6. It was gone in under 10 seconds, also to add that my drink mostly consisted of strawberries instead of the actual drink I came here a few months ago too and they gave me an energy drink instead of my strawberry açaí.
The staff were very attentive and worked very well together to make dining in a pleasant experience!

I went in for my birthday drink but the app was not working today but the sweet girl at the front (purple hair, and did not get her name) still made me my drink and was so kind about it. Made my day!

I recently stopped by this location for my usual Grande London Fog Latte. I observed a barista (heavy set gal with highlighted hair, didn't get her name) putting 2 pumps of vanilla syrup in my beverage and had to point out that the drink supposed to get four pumps of the syrup. She said that she'd add more syrup however Starbucks had changed their recipes to two pumps and if I wanted more syrup it would be extra next time I order this drink. I thanked her and left. I ordered the same drink from a different location in the next few days and was assured by that store that the drink indeed still gets four pumps of vanilla syrup! It made me furious that a Starbucks employee would lie to you when being called out for making your beverage wrong! Not the first time I'm having issues with this particular location. I made a special trip and spoke with a manger on duty, she offered me a free beverage which I declined. I'm not sure you can put a price tag on a lie from your employee!? This location has lost my trust and business indefinitely.
