Hi, I just wanted to share some feedback about my visit to this Starbucks this morning. The staff seemed a bit distracted and one of them responded to me a little abruptly when I asked for the order that was already ready. I understand busy moments happen, but I think a friendlier approach would have made the experience a lot better. Thanks for understanding!

I love this starbucks! It’s my fav in all of Charlotte I go almost every day with my friend and we love the workers. We usually go in the afternoon or near closing and my drinks always taste the best at this location.

Absolutely love this Starbucks location! The staff is wonderful, cheerful, welcoming and kind. Love the set up, seating options and outdoor seating. Only complaint is the bathrooms are usually dirty which is not the barista’s fault. I know how hard it is to balance everything going on and constant bathroom checks. One toilet had poop in the seat and the other was a little gross too. Again, this is the customers fault for making the bathrooms gross. Overall, great place, I recommend to everyone!

This is one of the best locations. All the staff is friendly and speak to you and seem very happy. They never mess up orders and I am just so happy when I go there. It’s also very clean!!
I asked for no ice for my refresher since its cold outside and they left my cup half empty. I work at starbucks myself and it absolutely doesn’t meet the standards. This location was my favorite but for the last couple months it was like that. Why do I pay the full price but get half of the cup? Girl working there offered me ice on the side and said it was supposed to be like that. Ridiculous

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. I asked for no ice and they left my cup less than half full. I still payed $6. It was gone in under 10 seconds, also to add that my drink mostly consisted of strawberries instead of the actual drink I came here a few months ago too and they gave me an energy drink instead of my strawberry açaí.
