April 8 5:45pm the black girl in the red shirt service is so irritable.Also I ordered the lavender oat milk matcha small one and she gave me like there is no lavender and the taste is so disgusting.I used to drink every day with that order but this one is so disgusting.She is trying to racism to me because I look like Asian . The worst experience of the star bucks in my life.I hope that girl would read my review.Thanks Ms Disgusting.

The lady working here on Wednesday Evening shift is so bad and rude with customers. She doesn’t even know how to treat customers. Very bad service and definitely i would not recommended coming here again. She is showing attitude and speaking very rudely with customers. Please do train your staff!!!!!

I’m confused about these reviews. Literally the best Oak Milk Shaken Espresso I’ve ever had and I’ve been to sooo many Starbucks across multiple states. Idk but Ms. Demi but her all into these drinks and my cousin and I both enjoyed! As a cherry on top, she was also very sweet ?

if i could give this starbucks zero stars, i would. I walked into target around 7:45 thinking they were open until 8:00 (because that’s what it states online) but noticed the lights were off and it looked like they were taking out trash (i was going to order a cake pop which doesn't require an oven or any of the machines, so as a barista myself, i was being conscious of this and how close it was to close). i asked if they were already closed, to which i was met with a response of "yes, were closed." from one barista and the other one yelling something to the effect of "yes were closed cant you see the lights are off? lights are off, nobodies home." Which as someone who has worked in the service industry a very long time, found that to be incredibly rude and uncalled for behaviour. i understand its the end of the night and you want to go home but that is very disrespectful - ESPECIALLY to someone who very politely asked you one simple question.

I came 5 pm on a saturday 10/21 there was a paper sign saying they’re out of teas and coffee. The person on register was on the phone while taking my order I couldn’t even place because apparently a starbucks can be out of teas and coffee so what was the point of being open?

Apparently you can't redeem your points over here. I swear I did it before with no problem then all of sudden you can't. I even told the guy before I order I was gonna redeem my stars. Then after he said oh no we can't do it here. Like why say it after I done place my order. Never going back to this location.

Went to the one on mallard creek Friday afternoon first time I seen any Starbucks empty now I know why absolutely disgusted I ordered a strawberry frappachino and got whip cream with syrup don’t think they were out of product or barista just didn’t know how to make it or lazy I want my $4.80 backs ! Horrible
Yuck!!! Worker slow react with order then the order come out wrong. Does this looks like Green Tea Frappe without whipped creme?It tastes like straight milk and sugar. Yuck!!!
