I’ve been coming to this Starbucks since I was a kid — it used to feel like a familiar, welcoming place. I did my homework and met with friends here. Not anymore.
On a stormy day, with only a few customers inside, I sat quietly for just a few minutes, having a small snack while waiting for friends and deciding what to order. I wasn’t loud, disruptive, or taking up space.
Then an employee came over and asked me to leave.
After years of buying their coffee, this is how they treat people? I won’t spend another dime here ever again. I deleted my Reqards account immediately.
Starbucks clearly doesn’t care about its customers — especially not the ones who’ve supported them for years. If this is how they operate now, they don’t deserve your time or your money.
There are plenty of better, kinder places to get coffee. Choose one of them.

I ordered chai latte today and it tasted really really bad and more like water. It doesn’t have much flavors as needed. Really disappointing Starbucks!! The drive thru line was really crazy but that doesn’t mean I have to compromise on taste in busy crowd.

I order from here weekly off of DoorDash as I work close and they are so quick and the food and drinks are always PERFECT! Every time I get my drink they draw something on it like a smiley face or a little cat. I know it’s not much but it’s taking the time to brighten someone’s day and it’s always really cute to see. Good to have a team like them working. Thank you!

This was our first visit to this Starbucks. We were visiting from out of town. I love the Caramel Macchiato. Most times there may be a slight difference in taste from Starbucks to Starbucks. However, this Starbucks made it perfectly! So good that my daughter went back to get one as well. The staff were very friendly. Easy access from the road and a calm relaxing atmosphere.

This store is always so filthy. Gender neutral bathrooms are never cleaned or tended after. If you do not buy anything, they will ask you to leave the cafe. Does the regional manager know about this? If not, they’re about to. I’ve been coming here for years and it keeps getting worse and worse.

everyone was so freaking amazing and God the manager almost made me cry in my tea yall are sent from heaven!!! pls keep up the good work! and one more time props to management there was rarely a line even when busy just so well taken care of!
Solid experience overall. Ran out of a few things that are traditional on menu but no worries there. Busy area so I understand. Overall good vibes and close to University.

No Bags? We spend $20 a visit several times weekly and Starbucks can't afford to give a BAG TO HOLD THE FOOD ITEMS? Unacceptable. I'll grab sweets and drinks from Wholefoods. This is insanity. Absolutely not. We already spend too much on each item. Wow.
