I ordered a Caramel Apple Spice. I paid for Caramel Apple Spice. I was given coffee with Caramel drizzle Cinnamon and whip cream. I was charged over $7. I don’t drink coffee that’s why I ordered the pricey apple juice. If the cashier can’t speak or understand English you will continue to have a problem with your English speaking customers. Never had this problem in South Carolina in any Starbucks must be a NC situation.

Order was wrong. Ordered an iced and received hot. Jose was the only helpful person here. He remade my coffee no questions. Girl who gave me my bakery items was rude. There are 2 different pumpkin breads on display and I ordered one. I was handed a buttery croissant and told they don’t even have the pumpkin. Even though it’s on display. When I looked at the lady like “wth” she said “you can just go wait in line if you want a refund.” I wouldn’t have minded the comment if the attitude wasn’t hateful and rude.

I feel scammed. I got the biggest hot chocolate they had to offer and let’s just say that the$6.98 wasn’t worth it. The beverage was over three inches below expected. And I took a picture to prove it.
If you’re going to charge so much, at the very least be honest with your products. . Will never get a Starbucks at this airport. Water will have to do .

Slowest pace every. Line to order is long-to be expected-but there were 6 employees behind the counter. 3 were aimlessly wandering around restocking cup, a manager was barking at everyone to tell them to do other things besides make drinks and take orders. More than 20 minute wait for order. I saw my cup on the counter, and instead of making my drink right away, the staff cleaned out the fridge, walked to the back room twice for no apparent reason. Don’t waste your time or money.

I had the worst experience in this store yesterday.
We all make mistakes. But if they don't know how to apologize for their mistakes, they're not fit for a job dealing with customers. I just ordered two drinks. But neither of them came out right. First, the cashier added a shot (which I didn't even request) and made me pay more, and they forgot my order, so I had to wait a long time. (Many of the customers behind me had already received the drink they ordered.) At my request, she started making the drink, and the drinks she made came out on the pickup table, but all the orders on the receipt were missing. The espresso shot that Cashier had added without my consent was missing, and the ice had already melted. The other drink came out without the whipped cream and it wasn't until I showed her my receipt that she had inadvertently topped it with the whipped cream and covered it with a flat lid, even though it was a cold drink, eventually ruining the whipped cream. When I made the claim, she made a facial expression that she wasn't at all wrong, didn't even make the drink again, and she didn't even apologize for her mistake.
Eventually, I could only waste my money and time and bring back very unpleasant memories.

I would like to apply to this location but they never have their phone turned on and I can’t find the application ?
Shonda needs to work on her customer service. Maybe try listening more than talking.

STORE # 22352 HMS HOST STARBUCKS CLT AIRPORT THE WORST STARBUCKS IN THE WORLD!!!!! SLOW SERVICE ASKED FOR REFUND AND MANAGEMENT ACTED LIKE SHE DIDNT CARE AND TOOK HER TIME WHEN I TOLD HER MY FLIGHT WAS BOARDIND!!! Then she acted like she don’t know HOW TO GIVE ME A REFUND!!! Michael who took the order acted slow seemed to be high!!! WISH I CAN GIVE 0 STARS!!!! DO BETTER!!!!

Me and my mother in law both got the Java chip Frappe and both were un drinkable. We took them back to let them know and they did offer to re make them but we declined because something just wasn't right with one of the ingredients. So the cashier just threw them away and didn't even offer a refund. Will not be going back.
Worst customer service ever! Terminal E. This cashier were asking our order with her finger inside her mouth!!!!! Nasty!!!!! She’s very unprofessional and definitely not friendly at all!!!!!

Purchased an impossible sandwich and a mocha.My sandwich was cold in the middle and my mocha was so watered down that there wasn’t any flavor. Brown water? at 6 am in the airport isn’t a good start to a day of flying.
