The baristas are lovely, but the service is so slow!! I don't know if they're understaffed or what is happening, but I waited 20min at the drive through today!

I went through the drive thru and saw a male with a long and full ash blonde beard making drinks. I worked at Starbucks a very longgggg time ago as a student, we weren’t even allowed to have nose rings or tattoos showing, hair HAD to be pulled back or covered including men’s beards. Hair sheds! Plus add normal functions of causing and sneezing and eating, that bacteria sheds in peoples drinks! The man should not be allowed to not have a beard cover or shave it off. Also the lady who worked the window, customer service could’ve been better but her clothes were so dirty. Idk people seem like they just roll out of bed without proper hygiene. I threw my drink out. Waste of money. Women should also have their hair pinned up! These long ponytails in the wind back and forth around drinks, maybe I’m getting old, but these were common practices enforced in the food industry.

I just cannot get enough of this wonderful coffee. The people are always great. It has its busy moments, even then they speak and check on me. 💕
Terrific Coffee shop in downtown Charlotte. And they are there for the early coffee drinker!

I don’t usually like to leave bad reviews — I work in food service too, so I understand how tough it can be. That said, the service at this location felt a little off. During my last visit, I ordered a matcha latte that came out extremely bitter, with chunks of unblended matcha powder. This is a drink I’ve ordered many times before (without classic syrup), and it’s always been great at other locations. When I politely mentioned the issue, the employee told me it was probably because I didn’t add classic syrup, which felt a bit dismissive — I just agreed in the moment because I didn’t want to be rude or start anything. I asked if I could switch it for something else — at first she tried to charge me, then said she could only remake the same drink. In the end, she did make the drink I requested, which I appreciated. I ended up getting the Iced Horchata Shaken Espresso, but it was unfortunately too strong and overly sweet. The whole interaction felt tense and uncomfortable. I’m assuming she was having a rough day — I get it, I work in food too — but overall, the experience just wasn’t great. I’m not trying to be harsh, just hoping for a better one next time.
Ordered a venti strawberry lemonade received it half full. This place is a joke and racist. Had to ask the lady what the problem was and tell them id buy a second one just to get what i originally ordered and wanted.
Candidly, this store is too busy for the staff. Management of this store should be fired as the quality of the service lacks and it is not the staff's fault.
This is my favorite Starbucks! I go in the early morning and I love the drive through option. Olivia and Omar literally make my morning by saying my name and wishing me a good day! They are excellent employees. The drinks are always good. Wish the almond biscotti was always available is my only complaint ;) Paige

I always come here and get a free complimentary water and today when I went through the drive thru a lady with a horrible attitude told me they shouldn’t have given me free water in the past and I need to purchase something to get the water I looked online and cannot find where it said you have to purchase something to get a water I then went inside and a nice lady named Autumn let me get the water but was then scolded by the same nasty lady telling her she can’t do that I could tell that the lady upset Autumn with whatever she said she still gave me the water and I left but could not understand why the woman was so upset over a water it’s sad but anyways if someone from Starbucks can tell me if this is a new policy that would be great also the woman who did all of this was an African American female that had on a hat I am also African American btw so this is not about that it’s just about treating people how you want to be treated anyways thanks Autumn !

A friend of mine told me to try the Pecan Crunch Cold brew and I’m hooked!!! I’ve had one every morning for like a week and a half straight now hahahahah. Can’t say enough about how good the coffee is!!!

This place always sucks to come to.
Not coming back to the Starbucks I put a mobile order in and it took 15 minutes. There was plenty of employees inside that were being lazy. They weren’t moving fast, not coming back to the Starbucks. I could go somewhere else and get it quicker even when they’re slow and busy This place sucks.
