I was at Levine Cancer Institute for business for 3 days in June and went to this kiosk every day. I either got an iced latte or I got lunch. In the mornings, the line was pretty long, but when I went over there to grab something to eat at noon, it was maybe a 5 minute wait.The food and drinks tasted as good as at any Starbucks. The staff is pretty friendly and pretty efficient.They have a few tables and chairs for you to sit there. Or you can go around the corner and sit in front of Caribou Coffee in Levine Cancer Institute.

The absolute worst run Starbucks ever. I waited 45 minutes for an order amongst other people waiting just as long. It never came. I ended up getting a refund.

This location is buried in the hospital so I don't expect the atmosphere to be good. That said, the service is outstanding! It's a small space with basically a full store staff and they are amazing. Quick, accurate, and kind.My only request is open on the weekends for those visiting in the hospital.

I frequent this Starbucks since I work across the street and even though they are usually slammed pack, they are so fast, efficient, and accommodating. I got my coffee this morning and it didn’t taste right at all, I couldn’t stomach my way through it, so I had to go back and ask them to remake it, which I hated doing since they were so busy. But they took my order and remade it in under 5 minutes and it was MUCH better! This team can’t get enough recognition. They’re always awesome.
