Other than this location being slow, I've not really had bad employee interactions until this morning. I made a mobile order and when I went in to pick it up the barista was handing a guy in there his drink. I INTENTIONALLY waited until he had his drink in his hand before tell her my name for a mobile order. She said, in a snappy tone, "hold on, I'm handing him his drink first." Then, the entire time I waited for someone to make my drink, she was loudly complaining...
This is a great place to go! The service is amazing and there are so many different beverage options. Even if you do not like coffee there are still lots of options. If you do not like your drink they will politely remake it for you!
What can possibly be bad about Starbucks, except maybe how easy it is to dent a $20 bill with just a coffee and a treat. Quality is always spot on, service is friendly and it's a nice place to hang with friends or family for a break.
