This is by far the worst starbucks I've ever been to. I work close by and anytime I put in a mobile order, it is lost or takes 30+ minutes to complete. Being on a time crunch and leaving a 25 min cushion on my break for them to find my lost order, finally make it, and then carelessly toss it on the counter and say sorry is crazy. I have not once been acknowledged or greeted, regardless of ordering in store or mobile, anytime of day, my order ends up lost and me and 8 others are standing at the end of the counter staring the clock down. It's ridiculous.
The staff is too busy making their own drink, standing around looking at their phone and then leaving out the door for break without a second look.

My cappuccino was tasting like raw milk, barely had any coffee flavor in it.
Great place to get your Starbucks! Great service and clean environment! The staff were friendly and had great customer service!

YIKES! Bless their hearts they are trying their hardest but do NOT go here if you have somewhere to be within the next 20-30 mins! Drink was good though.
Poor experience and nasty attitude from employees. Asked for room for cream which I didn’t get so I merely poured some out in their sink. Employee starting shaking her head I asked what the issue was, some other “manager” type jumped in and told me I can’t be back there. Loose the attitude and snarky “have a great day comment”.

This store is one of the worst Starbucks experiences I’ve had. The barista clearly doesn’t know how to make coffee properly — the drinks are often wrong or poorly made. The staff in general come across as unprofessional and not customer-friendly at all.
On top of that, I’ve noticed flies inside near the food section on multiple visits, which makes me very uncomfortable about cleanliness and hygiene here. Definitely not the standard you expect from Starbucks. I won’t be coming back to this location

I’ve visited this location for the past four mornings while in town, and up until today, my experience through the drive-thru had been pleasant. However, this morning (at 7:01 AM), I encountered a very disappointing interaction with a drive-thru employee named Susie.
When I placed my order, I didn’t clearly hear her question about the specific type of matcha drink I wanted, and when I corrected my order at the window, it seemed to visibly irritate her. Her demeanor was cold, unfriendly, and unprofessional, she rolled her eyes and made no effort to be courteous. At no point was I rude or disrespectful, so her attitude felt completely uncalled for, especially that early in the morning.
While I understand mistakes happen, there’s no reason for a customer service interaction to feel so unpleasant. I’ll likely choose to go inside moving forward to avoid another experience like this. I was genuinely disappointed by Susie’s behavior and hope this feedback is taken constructively.

By far the worst Starbucks I have ever been to! They ran out of Frappuccino’s and cold foam? I’ve worked for Starbucks and while we do run out of things I’ve never heard of this before. The girl was also really rude when I seemed confused. Drive the extra 10 min to another Starbucks.

This location has really gone down hill. They can’t seem to remember to make the cold brew so they are consistently out of items and drinks are inconsistent.
