Aaliyah has a horrible attitude and does not know Starbucks policy! She does not exhibit the great attitude I’ve encountered across the world with all the Starbucks I’ve visited! Each time I’ve encountered her, she has been rude! There is no such policy stating you can not exchange Starbucks merchandise if you’ve used points to acquire said merchandise! I have previously exchanged a cup at same store as well as employee was going to do the exchange earlier today but I forgot the cup! As a loyal Starbucks customer, share holder, Odyssey member, this does not sit right with me!? If you want to invent a policy, at least be consistent with the fictitious policy!

This location always seems to be out of multiple items. There's one sugar free syrup option for example and they have been out several times that I've tried to order.

This Starbucks has gone downhill so quickly in the last few months. I can't tell if it's because there's just way too much demand between mobile orders, drive-thru, and in-person orders or if it's just short staffed at all times or managed poorly, but a 45 minute wait time for a coffee has become the norm in the mornings. I have ordered coffee before leaving my house, driven there which takes about a half hour, and my order has never been ready on time. I have to ask about it each time and then they will start to make it. I think the staff just makes drinks out of order and then handles the next order for whoever is asking about their delayed coffee which makes the problem even worse. One time they forgot my order and I didn't find out after a long time of waiting and then asking about it, another time I had ordered a cake pop for my birthday and i grabbed my bag to go and it had written on it "sold out - sorry!" and was just an empty bag which I didn't notice until I got home (WOW), and this morning, I was waiting for about 15 minutes in the store before asking about my order (which was placed 45 minutes prior) just to find out that the order was sitting on the BACK counter and was never called out. It was sitting there the whole time. I think that was the first time it was actually ready before I showed up but it didn't matter because I STILL waited and had to bug the employee about my order just to find that out. So so so disappointing and frustrating.

I normally go to this Starbucks and had great experiences. The service is normally great, the communication and food. Went this morning 11/20/23, through the drive thru and service was horrible. I ordered 2 Christmas drinks, 2 baked items and a breakfast item. My drinks were a gingerbread and caramel brûlée. Both were customized with almond milk and labeled as such. Got home and they did not have any of the Christmas syrups and no almond milk. My partner was in pain because of the milk. Someone is either new or really didn’t care. To add, the parking lot was not full.

Friendly and attentive staff. Plenty of parking and outdoor seating for that " wind in your hair" coffee experience. Good place to work as the music is not overly loud. Huge bonus!!! Lots of plugs for the electronics and lots of options for seating.

It was my first time in North Carolina and this was the first one I went to, the staff was incredibly sweet and their new manager was the kindest person to talk to. The most welcoming atmosphere, this quickly became my favorite Starbucks to go to <3

Horrible service - went in on the way to work and ordered two black iced coffees. After waiting for 40 minutes I went to ask and was told rudely they didn't even see the sticker so I left because I was now late. They offered nothing to appease and just said sorry, call and complain. This location should stop taking mobile orders all together if they can't get it together. It's ridiculous.

Went to this location to get my free bday beverage. Lost phone about 7 months ago and had to make a new act. Was told I could not redeem my bday reward and even though I've had it for half ths year I couldn't get it. Horrid experience. Used this act since losing phone and still can't get my bday reward?
