I am a daily Starbucks customer and I had the worst Starbuck experience this morning 11/19/2021 at the Starbucks at University City Blvd and Ikea Blvd in Charlotte NC. I understand that this location stays very busy and normally I am very patient. I made my order at 6:35 am on the mobile app. I arrived at the store around 6:40am.
