Today was a wonderful experience at the Starbies today. The Baristas were incredibly friendly and made my drink iced chai latte to perfection. The store was clean and inviting and I appreciated the positive atmosphere. I'll definitely be back😊😊😁😁

Stopped by to get an iced water and they refused to serve one on a hot day due to me not making a purchase at that very moment. Please keep in mind I’ve had over 1000 points in the app so I’ve bought multiple drinks from Starbucks. More reason to support local coffee shops GOTCHA MATCHA in Uptown!

I recently visited the Starbucks located at 6925 University City Blvd in Charlotte, NC, and had an outstanding customer service experience, thanks to Erin. I ordered oatmeal along with the Mushroom & Kale Egg Bites.
From the moment I walked in, Erin's warm and welcoming tone stood out. Her hospitality was truly exceptional—she went above and beyond to ensure my order was just right. When I declined the agave syrup for my oatmeal, she thoughtfully offered blueberries as an alternative. To top it off, she personally delivered my order to the table.
Erin exemplifies the level of service all Starbucks partners should strive for. She sets the standard.

Seems like they give good customer service to everyone but me. I literally would just want a hello and to get my delivery order so i can satisfy YOUR customers.
I’m from another city but a lock on your bathroom? Just wow! Then was just popping in for a pick up order and noticed the size was wrong on one item. When I asked the barista were they all tall’s she explained what a tall was and what I ordered as if she was speaking with someone who is incompetent. When I apologized and stated that one size was wrong she rolled her eyes and checked the sticker on the cup. When she realized she was wrong she said oops you’re right and corrected the order. I realize that you may get angry people and those that try to scam more out of companies, but don’t create the negative experience yourself.

Not sure why the reviews are so negative — the coffee here is actually really good, even better than at many Starbucks locations I’ve been to. Definitely deserves a good rating. We ordered two of the same drinks, one with whipped cream, and they missed that detail on one of them. But it’s an easy fix — and honestly, I’d rather they leave it off by mistake than put it on both like some other places do. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised!
