Today was a wonderful experience at the Starbies today. The Baristas were incredibly friendly and made my drink iced chai latte to perfection. The store was clean and inviting and I appreciated the positive atmosphere. I'll definitely be back😊😊😁😁
Stopped by to get an iced water and they refused to serve one on a hot day due to me not making a purchase at that very moment. Please keep in mind I’ve had over 1000 points in the app so I’ve bought multiple drinks from Starbucks. More reason to support local coffee shops GOTCHA MATCHA in Uptown!

I recently visited the Starbucks located at 6925 University City Blvd in Charlotte, NC, and had an outstanding customer service experience, thanks to Erin. I ordered oatmeal along with the Mushroom & Kale Egg Bites.
From the moment I walked in, Erin's warm and welcoming tone stood out. Her hospitality was truly exceptional—she went above and beyond to ensure my order was just right. When I declined the agave syrup for my oatmeal, she thoughtfully offered blueberries as an alternative. To top it off, she personally delivered my order to the table.
Erin exemplifies the level of service all Starbucks partners should strive for. She sets the standard.
