We almost always order thru the app and they have our orders waiting for us. The lines can get a little backed up but I would assume that’s from being understaffed. Nevertheless, still a great Starbucks and the customer service is swell.

Tipped over 25% on a large order and they couldn't be bothered to put the lids on right, half the lids of my order were only half snapped on, latte ALL OVER my backseats.

I LOVE this Starbucks!! I am definitely a regular since they opened!! Love the staff, patty, chy, Cynthia, Jordan… all of them are so loving and welcoming never an issue. More of a family than business and I love that!!

This is my local Starbucks and I’ve got to give it to them. They are always providing great customer service. I’ve seen them work and they’re like the star team working together. Today i got me a drink that i didn’t like and i was hesitant to go back but i did and they were nice and polite towards me. Typically when this happens other places are rude. I’m grateful to each of the people that help me every time i stop by :)

We stopped by this afternoon for some coffee. We went inside - it wasn't very busy. We stood at the counter for 12-13 minutes before an employee decided to take our order. There were at least 5 people working but evidently not interested in serving anyone other than drive through. I was ready to walk out but my daughter wanted to get coffee. I rarely consume their grossly overpriced products - this is another reason to avoid a company with piss poor customer service.

They didn't even greet me when I came in and I had wait over 15 minutes for my drink even tho I placed order on app and there was only 1 person ahead of me. Alls they do is take their precious little time.

Customer service was okay at best, the place was a little unclean, my drink wasn't right and for the price I would recommend checking out The Grounds bookstore & Cafe which has a really good vibe or Gathering grounds instead!

I was handed a Caramel Macchiato with a lid that was NOT secured and it splattered all over me and my vehicle. The drive-thru employee was extremely nonchalant and blamed the barista for not securing it. Thank goodness it was not blazing hot. I would have been ok with cleaning it up, a new drink, and refund BUT the electronic controls in my car stopped working within 10 minutes of the liquid damage! Now - almost 2 weeks after the incident report was filed, the Starbucks Customer Service Rep, Vivian, has asked me to supply the same photos, videos, receipts, and repair estimates that were already provided. She does not read the prior emails to her and proceeds to ask for details that I have already provided. Be sure to receive your drinks with one hand on the cup and the other on the top of the lid to avoid this disaster!

I had to share my experience at this location today, I really want to think Laura the lady at the drive thru for making my day today after having a horrible week, after receiving my order I had to pull over & thank God for this woman sometimes kindness goes a long way you never know what a person is going thru & what an impact you have on people’s lives. Thank you so much Laura for making me smile today you are truly amazing & bc of you I’m going to forget about what I’m going through & have a great weekend
