Lovely location they burn through the long drive thru so fast. They always act so weirdly hostile when you pick up a mobile order in the drive thru though, saying things like “we just got that, it won’t be ready yet” for a 10-15 minute old order every single time I go which is vexing, I like to know my total and pay up before arrival

Everyone was so sweet! I went there twice to order their delicious matcha with strawberry puree cause I can’t get enough lol. I talked to the baristas and wanted to ask about them but the service was so quick I didn’t get to, and I didn’t want to run up their dt times. You guys are the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to!

It was my first time not ordering drive thru and wanted to try their caramel cold brew. The coffee was amazing and so was the atmosphere, it was really comfortable and i had a great time with my friends.
Now this is my favorite Starbucks but I’ve been stuck in this drive thru this morning for over 20 min and have to get to work. I was told the line will be moving in just a few but hell at this point I’m already late and in trouble! No cars can get out of the drive thru and this is absurd. People are standing at the door and can’t get in at 6:17 am

Starbucks always delivers, but this location deserves extra praise! In a city where most places close early, finding them open until 9:30 PM felt like a lifesaver. The late hours are perfect for a cozy evening pick-me-up or catching up on work without feeling rushed.
Their Christmas menu is already in full swing, and it’s fantastic! The festive drinks are as cheerful as ever, and the seasonal cookies are a sweet treat that pairs perfectly with any coffee. I didn’t have to deal with long lines either, which is a rare blessing at Starbucks. The service was incredibly fast, and the staff was friendly and efficient.
If you’re in Charlotte and looking for a place with good vibes, tasty treats, and accommodating hours, this Starbucks location is a winner! 🎄☕

Ordered 2 grande coffees, one was a hot hazelnut latte and other was cinnamon dolce latte. Drinks were not made right as the dolce latte was supposed to have the extra shots as ordered but was instead in my hazelnut latte. I cannot do extra shots of coffee as it make my heart flutter too much. If I had a heart condition this would have ended with me in the hospital. I would advise you pay close attention to how employees make drinks. I didn't try it before we left as the coffee is normally hot and I let it cool down a bit. So my fault for not trying before leaving.
