I only used the drive thru. I have no idea what the inside is like. I had a very easy and pleasant time, the guy was super nice and friendly. The parking lot is a warning to all, you better be careful driving through this shopping center. It is one of the worst designs I've ever been in. I would avoid bigger trucks and trailers. Several cars can not make the sharp turns and hit curbs often. It's like a maze with too many vendors in one small spot. It is adjacent to a residential apartment complex, sharing a road, which makes traffic much worse, it is also right between us74 and Monroe road, so some use this area to cut through traffic. Not my first choice for location.

I've always ordered from outside, but today I decided to go in, and honestly, the service was terrible. KHARY served me with the worst attitude. I've always liked this Starbucks until today, and the service was the worst ever. If you don't like what you do, just get another job

Staff need to be more customer friendly and stay off cell phones..imagine standing in line waiting cause the girl is talking to her boyfriend..how would I know I heard whole convo while I waited and almost walked out!

I waited more than 10 minutes for two coffees, even though there was no line and five employees were working behind the counter. When the drinks were finally ready, nobody called my name, and I had to go and check myself. The cappuccino was also way too hot, even though I didn’t ask for it that way. I expected better attention to customers and service quality.

Such a shame that a location that looks nice/new and actually has a good health inspection score could be so bad an executing orders. My coffee is never full and my orders are seldom presented well (always dirty and crumpled). With Starbucks already overpriced, I’ll just go farther to go elsewhere or make coffee at home. What’s the point in paying so much for such a low quality product/service? (And I always tip; doesn’t seem to make a difference.)

It is weird that their orders are wrong so often, but it's usually minor. I got whipped cream on mine today, for no apparent reason. Isn't there supposed to be a sleeve on hot beverages? I waited WAY too long, in any case.

In my past two visits I have noticed they check to see if I have tipped before offering a sleeve for my hot drink. The tip culture here is always a turn off and makes me not want to come back

They don't make my order how i ever order it . Then to stop having to do it. They took my options away to add shots on door dash. You need employees that are going to do what they are paid to do. Ripping people off for the money they spent, simply because you don't want to do. Find a new job.
