My drinks and food have all been good here. They do run out of things on occasion and seem to take a long time to get them back in stock. The staff are super nice though. Also, thank you for finally fixing the giant drive through pothole.

decided to go inside at 7pm. They had all the chairs up, the bathrooms were locked open, it wasnāt very welcoming. At 7:30 they cut off the inside music. Itās advertised as closing at 9.

Baristas were very friendly and communicative despite how busy they were and how few people were working when I visited this location. I was welcomed into the store, and the employee that took my order (I do not know her name) was very helpful and I actually ordered the drink she recommended for me, and that will probably be one of my go-to drinks now. I am looking at other reviews for this location and I think some people just want to complain about something! Everytime i visit this store, the staff is always professional and kind. This is a busy store, if you donāt have a few minutes to wait, then donāt place an order, and wonder why it isnāt immediately ready!!!!! There usually is not much of a wait, but when I do visit on a busier day, they communicate that wait time with me as soon as I reach the register, and are ALWAYS friendly and apologetic for the wait. I have had nothing but good experiences at this location, and always stop at this Starbucks if Iām in the area.

Itās taken 25-40 minutes to receive my 2-drink order on my past three visits to this location. The inside of this Starbucks is always dirty and the staff are always rude when customers ask about their order while we watch the drive thru cruise along.

The original staff was amazing and overtime this location has become one of the worst Starbucks in my area, the location is unorganized, the have a lack of professional but what can you expect from a bunch of people who act like kids. Act your age please, the quality of the drinks and food has gone down. I have better luck going to Starbucks inside of Harris Teeter down the street. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this place. Also some of these recent reviews are false because Iām pretty sure they have served me before.

What can I say about stopping at another Starbucks location. They made my drink according to the recipe correctly, the speed of service was great, and the drink itself was overpriced but, that is a corporate problem not a location problem.
The staff I interacted with it this location works freely friendly and moved at a really good speed. Sometimes you go into these locations and you've got a line with no drinks on the counter and only one person working. Not at this location, all the staff members were working to take care of customers and trying to move through folks as quick as possible.
