The staff here is terrible especially the mooring staff. Their attitudes are terrible - rude. How is it all that except one random person (Caucasian girl) is in the worse mood ever. It has to be poor leadership and management. The owner needs to know and its consistently bad. It's like the everyday mood is their culture (drive -thru and inside). I say - just quit and stop dragging around. Wearing shades, deserts that should be cold room temperature. I believe the entire team needs a mental health assessment before hiring and random - undetectable check ins. DRIVE to Rosedale in Huntersville NC or Brookshire and Hwy 16 you will see and feel the different CULTURE and Expectation. My neighbors see and feel it too. Don't pay for this ongoing for at least a year continued LACK of SERVICE.

I use mobile order for quickness, I ordered my drink, app said it would be 3-6 minutes and I’ve now been sitting for 20 minutes and this location has only been taking care of drive thru

Fast, Friendly, and Fantastic Drive-Thru Service! I visit this Starbucks drive-thru every other day, and the speed is incredible! Even with a line, they move everyone through so efficiently. The baristas are always so cheerful and welcoming, taking the time to greet you and hand out your order with a genuine smile. It's the best way to start the day. Five stars for the drive-thru speed and amazing customer service! Also receive cute hand written personalized messages on cups. Only location I’ll ever visit. Never have an issue with mobile ordering, drive thru or inside pickup.

I don’t come to Starbucks often but when I do I order the same drink. The drink was made very badly. I’ve had the same drink in multiple states, made the same way. I waited 20 minutes in line for the person at the window to then not use my point when I asked her to. They were at least polite.
