Rude and terrible people working here at this location and they don’t have any manners

The 5 of us unknowingly entered 2 mins after closing. The lady told us they couldn’t serve us… with an extreme “overly nice” attitude. We were a bit perplexed but left…. Only to walk by 5 mins later and watch them serve some other people (taking orders not serving mobile orders).

This is quite literally the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to all around there’s literally ten people standing around making themselves some drinks and one person making drinks

They gave me my sandwiches ice cold. My latte came out hot instead of iced. The girl who fixed my sandwiches was nice though.

Loving this mocha. Never tried one so I figured I would, and Mari was incredibly helpful and very kind! I would definitely come back for more. Highly recommend

had an allergic reaction and i attempted to the manager and Ryan who wouldn’t give me a last name literally made a little hmph sound like a wee poor you (sarcastically) and said what do you want me to do since you left. here’s the context : after i ordered there was a young lady who i later realized there may have been a language barrier got my order i ordered two drinks and a sandwich. i let her know i have an allergy which is why i said no cheese and egg. the first drink was also suppose to to pat milk and venti they handed me whole milk grande. i asked for oat milk venti. i let them know a barista even offered to let me have the whole milk one and i told her i’m allergic. the negligence is astronomical.

Why are the drinks always watery here?? They will have you paying $4 for hot water in a cup even though you ordered a latte. I haven’t had an experience with a rude barista though, so two stars instead of one, I guess?

As far as Starbuck on campuses go, this is good. But, there's also room for improvements. I've had couple of experiences when the baristas messed up my orders.

I asked the cashier if I can use my points on my app towards the drink today. She said yes and then after ordering told me that I couldn't use my stars. Don't really see a point of saying yes then. Coffees okay.

Slowest Starbucks ever! I’m writing this review while I’m still waiting for my drink…

Today, I ordered 2 bagels and asked for butter in both. I usually do this and ALWAYS receive 2 butters in each. Today they only gave me 1 butter in each so I went up and asked very kindly for another FREE butter. A rude barista told me "theres already one in each" and I kindly replied back and told him that I would like another for each. After a few minutes of asking he still refused to give it to me. The butter is FREE so i dont understamd why he was refusing to give it to me. Very rude baristas!! need to be either retrained or fired if they cant ever get their job right!!! Never returning again.

Ordered a bagel with cream cheese and received a bagel with no cream cheese. Even though the cream cheese costs money, they failed to inform me that they ran out and never gave it to me and i also was never offered a refund. This has happened multiple times.Also, every time i order a cold brew, it never tastes the same. I once asked for a pump of syrup in my cold brew and they apparently ran out the syrup and didn't tell me but replaced it with a different syrup. The only way I know this is because i overheard the barista preparing my drink whisper to another coworker that they ran out of the syrup that goes in my drink. The other barista whispered to just replace it with something different and she did. Then the barista proceeded to hand me my drink that she made and NEVER told me that she put something completely different in my drink that I never asked for. 0/10 service.

I honestly will not be returning to this location every time I go to this one it’s either they don’t have what I want or they mess my drink up. If I pay $7 plus for a drink I should get what I want; my drink taste like more water then anything else! Highly disappointed at this location!

Do not try to get coffee before class! Ordered a cold brew and waited 45 minutes for it! Other people around me in line had mobile ordered 1 1/2 hours before and were still waiting despite telling employees they needed to be in class and had been waiting. Many people standing and looking around or pretending to look busy by moving around bottles from one counter to the other! Had 3 employees playing with the mobile order computer and their phones for 20 minutes of my wait!
