Been here only a few times and at most service would be good.Just on one of the days, I had waited patiently, saw about 8 ahead of me get there drinks, and almost got myself late to class. I remember who ordered in front of me and never got my drink. Is roughly 15 minutes too long of a wait?
I’m going to give this review based upon Carly. I asked her about my drink that was supposed to Been ready. She tells me she’s just drive thru. But, she’s the only one I can speak to at that time. She continued doing what she was doing when she could’ve simply checked for me. Carly, some of us have been coming here since day one and this is not Starbucks behavior. Patty is always great. For the most part, Starbucks is Starbucks. This one is pretty small and crowded in the Student Union at UNCC. There isn't much in terms of seating.There was a huge line when I was there and it moved incredibly slowly. It probably took half an hour to get through a line of 10 people ahead of me. Once I was able to finally order, it only took about 5 more minutes to get my drink so that was good.The drinks are what you would expect from Starbucks. I don't like that they...
