I’m not even gone lie to you, i rarely ever give reviews. They were so nasty to me. They told me that i need to show them ID Bc im a partner which i understood. I said okay and i started looking for my ID but then someone else proceeds to come to the window as if they were trying to reinforce that they needed the ID as i was being uncooperative. I actually work for this company so regardless whether i work for them or not the service that i receive should not be short and dismissive. I left and came back to reorder after retrieving my ID from home and i got to the drive thru line to reorder and they completely ignored me and i had to ask them if they were listening bc nothing was coming on the screen . They were going to make me repeat the entire order again just to say they were going to give me the watered down drinks and cold food that i previously ordered. They were barely listening to me when i came inside to get them to remake etc. it was just and uncomfortable rude experience. I’m still a customer.

Line moves pretty quick even if it’s long. I’m a regular and service has always been amazing, from everyone. I normally go through the drive-thru… Anthony and Ocean will always speak if they see me come through or over the intercom real quick even if they are working the front. If they weren’t so friendly I probably wouldn’t spend as much money at Starbucks as I do 😅

The amazing gentleman in the drive thru was beyond amazing at his job getting everything right and was so nice and kind and very polite with the happiest personality ❤️ he makes this Starbucks worth going to. I wish I remembered his name so I could post it on here. But he even wrote stuff on out cups and made it just a wonderful experience.

I come to this Starbucks every teacher workday and they NEVER disappoint. They used to give free samples in the morning - amazing marketing. Always cheerful and welcoming. My coffee is always exactly as I ordered it and my bagel perfectly warmed! It truly has made my teacher workdays better ❤️

Wonderful location with a caring and dedicated staff that always has your order ready and correct. The store is always extremely clean and one of the best locations to visit if you're in the area and in need of coffee.
I'm a loyal Starbucks customer, but I've been disappointed with the White Chocolate Mocha at this location. It consistently tastes like boiled water with a burnt milky flavor. After trying other locations, I realized the issue is specific to this store. I hope you'll consider providing additional training to ensure consistency in drink quality across all locations.

I came to this Starbucks, for the first time today at 5:50 this morning, my daughter got a Frozen Venti Tropical Citrus with strawberry puree and it was absolutely delicious, we went thru the drive thru and out in 5 mins, Steven was absolutely amazing and started our morning off great with his pleasant attitude and great service!! Thank you so much for a great first experience at this Starbucks 💯😊 Will definitely be going back tomorrow morning 😎

This building is literally the bottom of the barrel??♀️… I order here when I absolutely have to & it’s the closest to my job. I’d rather drive to the ikea location. They have messed my coffee up so many times I can’t keep count! It was so bad once, I called to have them replace it (TIA MOBILE ORDER) literally JUST left, headed outta town and don’t want to go out the way. Order coffee & bnut bread… Drink taste like they left half of my upgrades out, half full and when I asked for napkins, the girl hands me a fist of balled up napkins? .. Definitely done.

I ordered a grande caramel frappe with almond milk no whip at the drive thru. The first one brought to the window had whip, the cashier says oh it’s for the dining room. Then she brought one with no whip and no caramel and walked away.
