I placed a mobile order and went to pick it up and it was not even made. They are very short staffed right now, but it is an inconvenience when you expect an order to be ready and it’s not. I could not wait in line because I was on my way to work, so I left without my food.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The two girls in there were rude and made both of my drinks wrong and wouldn’t remake them. They both had bad attitudes and I highly recommend going to another store.

We went in bc we got croissants for breakfast, and ordered our drinks. I got a vanilla latte, and my boyfriend got the hazelnut oatmilk drink, and when we got them ,mine was iced even though I wanted it hot. And his drink was literally milk with a few drops of coffee. We could not taste the hazelnut at all. It was about 15 dollars, and we ended up throwing them away. The workers seem to not care, just want to get your drink out and move on to the next person.

Staff is always nice and they try to move as fast as they can, my drinks are always good. Only complaint is I wish they would have more items in stock. I wonder if there’s a way for the manager to order more pastries because they’re always out ),:

Stephanie was the best batista ever!!! We were just stopping in to eat lunch we had grabbed from teeter and she welcomed us with open arms, even made some special little drinks for my kids! Best experience ever, thanks
