Service is slow and unprofessional. They have 3 employees on coffee and only 1 is making coffee as the other two mingle with airport employees. I waited 15 minutes for a coffee.
I wasn't the only person waiting that approached the counter asking for their coffee due to unnecessary waiting times.
Ill switch to the new Dunkin in the airport now when I travel in.

They charged me for my tea latte drink but didn’t know how to make it so just gave me tea. When I pointed out I was charged for it, they took my receipt and passed it around before they made it for me but it wasn’t correct. They then lot my other drink and food item. I waited for 45 minutes before I could get someone to talk to me. I asked for my other drink and food but because they took my receipt I didn’t have proof. They gave me what they thought I wanted. I had to take it and run whether it was correct or not because my plane boarding was about to close. It was also crazy expensive. I was sure they got it wrong when they told me the price. Worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever had.

Quite possibly the worst cappuccino I have ever had. Scalding hot, burnt flavor, foam looked like dish soap rather than milk. The service was rude. Please shut down this location and save anybody else from this disgusting $8 cappuccino.
I forgot to mention there were 5 people working. It wasn’t busy

I asked for extra Chai syrup in my Chai tea latte and they made it with a very little chai syrup. The label said single. I've actually paid extra to put in less amount of chai. RIP common sense at this place.

It’s so awkward and uncomfortable when you want to pay for you coffee that is anyways expensive
And they ask you “oh it’s just gonna ask you a quick question” so you have to either pay at least an extra dollar on top of the 7 dollar coffee your getting or seem like a jerk for not paying them more. Why do Starbucks have to be pigs?

Waited in line for ten minutes while their pay machine kept resetting. Watched personnel take orders from random walk-ups, letting them skip the line. It appeared they knew these people, or something. Wouldn’t care but the line moved slow and service was slow. To top that off with letting people randomly skip the line. The person they let skip right in front of me was ordering three drinks. It made me mad enough that I did not even order. I can’t believe a manager was just sitting there, watching and helping this go on.

Ordered a latte and a breakfast through mobile app, took 10min to get my drink which is fine, but food never came out. Waited for another 20min until I found out that they just didn’t have my order…… flight was boarding and I had to leave with no food… worst Starbucks store…. A pilot told me the Starbucks at concourse B and D are really bad, A and C are good though. Will never come to this store again.
