Racing the medical center south location for the worst Starbucks in Charlotte. Not unusual that online orders were shut down, but the whole location was closed at 5:15 pm. Hour's said open until nine, but it hasn't been open until then in recent memory. I'm not surprised they can't find anyone to work there. I applied a couple of times a few years ago and never heard back from them. After seeing how terribly it managed, I wouldn't even think about working there. They really need to stop catering to kids who order stupid drinks so they can post the order on tik tok and impress other morons. A separate line for coffee and tea and another one for custom orders and Frappuccinos would be ideal. Another thing would be ONLY mobile orders at the drive through instead of shutting it down at random intervals for no apparent reason.
