My daughter was dying to try a matcha. I warned her, but she was insistent. Mom was right, and she is not a matcha person. She worked up some courage and told the pick up counter that she didn’t like it. Messiah was fantastic (even when her little brother chimed in that it tasted like dirt), asked if there was anything else she’d prefer, and whipped up a quick pink drink. She was ecstatic and got a good laugh out of the custom message. Thank you so much, highly recommend!

let me just say that this Starbucks is the worst Starbucks to visit if you may be having a bad day! Most Starbucks that I visit they greet you when you walk in the door and they are pleasant! This morning I visited this location and there were about six ladies in there, no one spoke, they got my order wrong and when I said thank you after she prepared it wrong AGAIN she didn’t even say you’re welcome🤬You don’t know what type of day someone is having when they come into your establishment and you should always make it a point to be pleasant and have impeccable customer service.

This is really the most I've ever been in a Starbuck. Came in to on Veteran's Day no less! Was told they participate but I could not get her to explain it loud enough even after asking to say it louder. Music was too loud (Christmas music already....). I finally ordered my usual (White Chocolate Mocha). Very unhappy and will not be back at this location for sure! I usually only give positive reviews but this really? On Veterans Day??? Not good, at all!

This is my go-to Starbucks and I’ve never had any issues. I recently stopped in for some frappuccinos, and unfortunately, I dropped both on my way out. The staff was incredibly helpful—they quickly made two new drinks and cleaned up the mess. I really appreciate their fast assistance! Hopefully, I won’t drop my drinks again, but I can confidently say I’ve never had any complaints here.
Never received drink. Wouldn’t refund or cancel. Used to go there all the time. I’ll never be back.

This is the second time I’ve ordered a drink from this location and it has been half empty. I don’t understand this at all. Also I was supposed to have whip cream and brown sugar dust on top. The first time it happened I politely asked for a refund which I was denied. Today I didn’t even bother as I was already late for work. I’m not sure what’s going on at this location but I’d do myself a favor and go to other location not to far from here. At least you’ll get a full drink & a refund if a mistake is made.

Im back to provide an update. I visited yesterday and ordered my usual drink made with SOY MILK anyway I was give a drink made with COWS MILK. Needless to say Im Lactose intolerant and therefore you can imagine my remainder of the day. Thankfully I was at home. READ THE DANG INSTRUCTIONS

DO NOT get nitro cold brew here, I ordered it on three separate occasions and it tasted moldy every time. I literally dumped the drink each time. Every other location seems to be fine. Was going to just leave it be but today spiked the urge to review. Expect 4-7min to take 15-30min just for them to forget one of the two drinks.. now waiting another 10 minutes. Absolutely a waste of time. Do better.. Door dash from another location would have been faster.
