Update: I still haven't received a refund! Thank goodness CLT has some great local coffee shops. Check out Cup Lux, Canal Coffee, Burr and Berry, Haraz Coffee, Summit Coffee, Percantile, and so many more! The coffee is superior, and the customer service is stellar at the local coffee spots!

Update: I never received a refund. So, Starbucks got paid for a drink that I couldn't even use. Haven't been there since. It's not worth the waste of time, money, or frustration. Still patronizing only local coffee spots with lower prices and higher quality coffee and food. I drive past several SB to get to the best local spots in CLT, and it's still worth it!

My son went to get me a drink from this location, and once again, they messed up! This is why I haven't gone to this location in a while. The drink was supposed to be a 3-shot decaf gingerbread latte, soy, and 1 pump of gingerbread syrup... but this is what we got! I requested a refund, and it was such a hassle. It's absolutely ridiculous. Still don't know if I will get the refund. The caffeine in that drink literally could've harmed me. This location is trash. Also, getting through to someone via phone is impossible. The number listed on Google and the SB app does not go to the store. Also, calling corporate is a joke! The number of times I had to repeat myself was exhausting.

Well, I finally made it to the new Starbucks on Albamarle Rd in Charlotte today. Nice, beautiful, and relaxing. I am fairly new to this whole coffee house vibe. I see why people get hooked! Lots of seating, nice artwork on the walls, and tasty looking treats. Good music! Most folks here were on their laptops. Some came in to pick up their mobile orders. Drive thru area was steady with traffic.
Tried my Chai latte tea with oat milk. Pretty good! Especially when hubby has been a Starbucks fan and member of their elite "club" for 20 years, so gift cards were used!

Horrible customer service skills. It should actually be a zero. While pulling up to the Drive-thru window I clearly saw Kayla's fingers around the part of the stopper that goes in my hot cup. I did not like that she still put the stopper in my drink. I asked her to make another drink. She came back with the manager (very familiar to me because she usually takes orders at the window since this location opened). The manager walked up with an attitude and sarcastic. My "newly" made drink came back too fast. I believe they only changed the cup lid at most. I regularly visit this location. For the amount of money that's being spent terrible service is not an option

I ordered 2 drinks and 3 additional items for the girls. I spent $31 and only received one drink! I called the store and an associate was rude telling me she could not find my order and then passed the phone off to the manager. I even offered the order number, because I called back in a timely manner hoping someone saw my drink sitting on the counter. The manager gets on the phone after the associate stated, “This woman said she didn’t get a drink from DoorDash!” Wrong, I said UberEats. The manager said you have to call them for a refund. But listen up I don’t want a refund I want my freaking drink. So the incompetent manager didn’t understand my request. Uber eats refused my refund and I spent $10 on a coffee that I never got!! Thanks for Nothing Starbucks!!! Very Unhappy!!!

We enjoy Starbucks alot and daily, however this particular location seems tk always be out of things. We mentioned it at the window and the lady said they try to order more in but the truck always comes in short.

Shared bathrooms are gross! Ok, have an '"all gender'" restroom if you must but, please set one aside for those of us that don't stand up to pee, for OBVIOUS reasons ?

Just ordered a cold brew from the drive through and they handed me a drink with the foam mixed in. The entire reason I order this drink is for the foam on top and I wasn’t able to even get one taste bc I’m certain this was someone else’s canceled order that they decided to hand to me

I’ve been here a few times and the young ladies at the window are always very pleasant. The drinks are pretty decent. It can be a little slow at times but not too terrible if I order on the app.

I went to Starbucks at this location today very disappointed in the customer service that Cassie (drive through) and manager Lexy offered. Lexy needs to be retrained on customer service I have passed on many reviews but the way the situation was handle was not the best.

I came to Starbucks today which is 6/12, I wanted a coffee before I head to work and I checked google and it said that they open at 5:30am. This location is on my way to work and I never been to this one before so with the timing it worked perfect. I got there at 5:31 and I was hesitant because it didn’t look open but decided to go in and ask if they where open the lady said in a few minuets so I waited and just the energy I can tell they where upset with me and I understand I’m the first customer they are setting up I’ve worked in food before so I totally understand I try my hardest not to be “that person” because I totally understand but at the same time it does say it’s open and I wouldn’t say anyone was rude but you can definitely tell. I apologized to the girl who eventually checked me out and said I would never do this again because I get it and she wasn’t rude we kinda laughed it off because she was explaining they changed hours that will take in effect in 2 weeks or so so that’s why they weren’t considered open but again the energy was off and I guess that’s what’s bothering me because I get it I can’t stress that enough but I’m still a customer

If you open at 5:30am, you need to be taking the first order at 5:30am not 5:33am I know this is petty but I have to report to work at 5:36 or I’m late. When my order is taken at 5:30am I have enough time to receive my coffee and still make it to work on time. If I’m not mistaking you guys get to work 30 mins to 1 hour before opening time (5:30am) so the cash register needs to have money in it and everything needs to be prepped beforehand, not at 5:30. Next, whoever is making the coffee might be new so I’ll give her the benefit of the doubt because I know how that can be, but make sure she’s filling each cup up fully. The coffee I received today was filled 3/4 of the cup. I’m not one to complain but this has happened multiple times before.

Probably the most inconsistent Starbucks I have ever been to, some days you’ll get a cup full of sweet milk and others it’s straight espresso and nothing else , every day the drink is different and almost always disappointing, won’t be coming back to this location anytime soon
