It is certain when you know they do it in purpose. Like they know you are a regulars and still pulls joke and talk about you.
I love this place but some people level of pettiness and jokes is just as terrible.

The only reason I’m leaving a 1 star is cause can’t leave none. I came on 11/10 at 7:35 and a young male guy was super rude. He rolled his eyes when i accidentally grab a wrong drink order . This truly was an accident. Management should have some sort of training for this. Never coming back, which is upsetting since I loved coming here, not ANYMORE….

Wanted to send a positive shout out to Ocean, the barista that served me during a business meeting with an. Important customer. She saw that I was engaged in conversation when my order was up and thoughtfully brought our drinks over. She also brought over another cup of coffee when she discovered the previous pour may have contained grounds. I’ve never had more thoughtful, friendly service from a Starbucks. Thank you Ocean!

This is a great Starbucks! My drink is always ready quickly, it’s always correct, and it’s always yummy! I can’t say that about many of the locations in the area. There is rarely a wait and the staff are always so kind.

Love Starbucks. Too much, some would say. This location was clean, but the workers got an attitude with me. It’s on a busy highway, so I could barely hear myself talk. They were unable to hear me through the speaker even though I felt like I was hanging half way out my window (laughing btw). Then I pull around and a coffee was missed (ITS FINE) and I just asked for that coffee (not free, I paid!) and they got an attitude with me and had to switch workers to even deliver me my food/drinks. It’s not that serious! Things happen and don’t go perfectly, but don’t cop an attitude with the customer because of technical issues.

This place is ok, to be honest they are good are service and all of that. I just find it odd that the machine ask for a Tip on drive thru. Im unsure if I missed something?
