Love Starbucks. Too much, some would say. This location was clean, but the workers got an attitude with me. It’s on a busy highway, so I could barely hear myself talk. They were unable to hear me through the speaker even though I felt like I was hanging half way out my window (laughing btw). Then I pull around and a coffee was missed (ITS FINE) and I just asked for that coffee (not free, I paid!) and they got an attitude with me and had to switch workers to even deliver me my food/drinks. It’s not that serious! Things happen and don’t go perfectly, but don’t cop an attitude with the customer because of technical issues.

This place is ok, to be honest they are good are service and all of that. I just find it odd that the machine ask for a Tip on drive thru. Im unsure if I missed something?

Below average Starbucks. The employee didn't know what "shaken or stirred" meant apparently ? Latte was not made correctly either. Very disappointing when you're paying $14 for 2 coffees.

DO NOT STOP HERE! I have been a Starbucks customer for years and today I paid $7 for a cup of milk. The thing I like about Starbucks is no more. The science behind tasting every flavor in a cup of coffee is gone at this location. My caramel maciatti had a 1/ 2 cup of foam. I asked for a remake and got cream and sugar in coffee. TERRIBLE SERVICE & they stared at me the whole time while they made it laughing at me. NEVER AGAIN, I AM NOT DRINKING THIS! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!

I order the same order almost every other day. And every order tastes different. Grande latte, 6 pumps of classic syrup, light ice….simple. This is the most inconsistent Starbucks ever. Today was the worst which is why I’m finally writing a review. I wanted to walk in and ask for it to be remade. But I was already in line for soooo long. Now I’m forcing myself to drink it because I don’t want to feel like I really wasted money again today. And unfortunately, this is the closest location.

Now that I have found my way to the parking lot, I must say this Starbucks is a much needed addition to the commute via Independence Blvd!
