This has to be one of the worst Starbucks I visit. I go because it is conveniently located. Service is almost always slow. In-store pick ups are usually not ready. I have been late 2x for work waiting for my in-store pick up drink.If the blonde guy that work's the afternoon is making your drink and it's customized, trust and believe, it won't be customized correctly! He is not the only one. He is just the one I was able to pinpoint the pattern with.If you place a drive-thru order and arrive too early, they will complain about it.Other than that, it's great! For the ones that make great drinks, you are HIGHLY appreciated!!!!

This is unbelievable, I cannot believe this, We placed a order of about 12 drinks, majority of them were hot white mochas, when we got our order out Venti cups were not even filled up all the way, also ordered a Hot Chocolate and it tasted like water, like it had not sugar. never ordering again

Took 40 minutes to receive my order. Workers seemed nice-- but one of the baristas did brush me off when I had asked about it 30 minutes in. Another 10 minutes later passed and a different barista saw me waiting and asked me what my order was. She instantly made my drink and I'm really thankful for that. Everything else was fine but I don't believe that I should be waiting 40 minutes just for one latte.

This is the worst Starbucks ever. I have given many chances to this location and it gets worse with every visit. From not making my iced coffee right to horrific customer service, I literally will not stop at this Starbucks again. I have worked in Customer Services and I'm not a hard person to get along with or please. This morning in the drive through my iced coffee wasn't mixed as it should be. I asked the young lady to please have that stirred (again not asking anything that shouldn't have already been done), she rolled her eyes walked off, set my drink down for me to look at and did other things around to punish me for asking to have my coffee stirred. Absolutely uncalled for. They don't even deserve the 1 star.

I don’t use to leave bad reviews but I didn’t like the way I got my food, I wait 35 minutes just to get my Oder, i used the app as i usually I came in the store because the app say, will be ready around 1:46 but it still no ready ok i wait but, I found out there’s no line Inside, the drivetru were only 2 cars then 2 people came in the store and Oder and pay at the counter and they got their food before me no fair but ok let’s keep waiting then i see that lady looking at me like wondering is he waiting for something, i walk to the counter and one of the guys asked me what I oder or my name, he said will come next turn out I Oder a sandwich and a shake espresso, the sandwich was cold because they were rushing and he notice because i was waiting for so long and he said im sorry, really disappointed my point is I oder trou the app just to no wait this long I understand if they are really busy but the store was empty with 3 employees and what i recive a cold sandwish I didn’t complain I just leave I was really mad, end leaving at 2:10 pm

This has been my go-to location. It's ok. The outdoor seating is useless as it's right next to a highway and the drive thru.I did get stuck in the drive thru line for over 30 minutes the other day.Fair warning, this location can run behind and be slow. Some of the workers seem cool.
