STORE # 22352 HMS HOST STARBUCKS CLT AIRPORT THE WORST STARBUCKS IN THE WORLD!!!!! SLOW SERVICE ASKED FOR REFUND AND MANAGEMENT ACTED LIKE SHE DIDNT CARE AND TOOK HER TIME WHEN I TOLD HER MY FLIGHT WAS BOARDIND!!! Then she acted like she don’t know HOW TO GIVE ME A REFUND!!! Me and my mother in law both got the Java chip Frappe and both were un drinkable. We took them back to let them know and they did offer to re make them but we declined because something just wasn't right with one of the ingredients. So the cashier just threw them away and didn't even offer a refund. Will not be going back.

The cashier, Isaac, was very friendly! Beyond that, it’s pretty disappointing and overpriced. I ordered one of the drinks I usually get at other locations and at this one, the coffee tasted terrible and there was way too much cold foam.

Purchased an impossible sandwich and a mocha.My sandwich was cold in the middle and my mocha was so watered down that there wasn’t any flavor. Brown water? at 6 am in the airport isn’t a good start to a day of flying.

FYI a Mocha Frappuccino is not supposed to be drowning in chocolate sauce. Look at your menu pics. No chocolate sauce but mine had so much chocolate it was all I could taste even after scraping a ton from the top. $9 for a ton of chocolate sauce.

Absolutely awful service. Put in mobile order. App said it would be ready at 5:35. Waited and waited until 5:50 and watched the one person actually making drinks serve all kinds of drinks to other people while the other 3 people there did absolutely nothing but talk and laugh with each other. Had to walk away without my over priced $9 drink so I did not miss my plane. I am in CLT about every week and WILL NOT be going back here again. Absolutely awful service. Starbucks should be ashamed to even put their name on the side of the store.
