I give them 1 star because I asked them to make it extra foamy and the females that make the drink for you when you are a female don’t wanna make it good for you so I’m post a picture of when the male employee made one for me yesterday and then when I came today to another Starbucks and asked them to make it like this, I post the picture of the drink that they served to me after showing the picture of how I wanted it to look. Also, the one on the right was overly sweetened. Next time I won’t come back to this one because they ignored my request of how I want my drink made.

Usually good coffee here but today it was terrible. It tasted like McDonald's coffee. No receipt given or id return for a refund or replacement
Additionally...I contacted customer care and have never been so disappointed with customer service. I gave them the card number involved but the only thing they were interested in was to get me to make an account.... they couldn't help me unless I made an account so I'll probably just start going to Dunkin

I had such a pleasant experience at Starbucks. I had to buy a very large quantity of gift cards and Finn was ready to help me out! He had such a positive attitude and was so great tto talk to while we spent 30 minutes scanning gift cards! Thank you, Finn!
