Visited this location about 8 times now, the staff and service have been consistently great. Even when there is a line in the drive-thru, things have gone smoothly and what I consider a timely manner (total wait time 5 to 6 mins). I always get the same drink and its made perfectly each time.
I normally order and pay prior to picking my order up at the drive-thru window. At the local businesses where I live they are very friendly, know my name and how I like my coffee and even know my puppies name and how small a portion she can have of a pup cup.
There was a worker in there that would not acknowledge me. I was asking for the restroom and she seemed deaf. No response very rude. She has a nose piercing, Hispanic, she really brought the atmosphere down in this Starbucks. The other gentleman thankfully was very polite and helpful. Good coffee.
