Went here to celebrate at 9pm on Friday, the entire service team was extremely polite and professional. We had the chicken fried lobster and oysters which were both phenomenal and a great mix of refreshing and crunchy. Highly recommend both. The corn creme brulee was insanely good and the bone in filet mignon and petit filet are incredibly tender and delicious. The truffle butter was also a great accompaniment. Great for special occasions, expect to pay roughly $200 a person before tip and please tip your wait staff.

The music was a little loud so it was hard to talk across the table, but overall this experience was beyond stellar!!!!!!! This was our first time there but we will definitely frequent Steak 48 going forward.

The whole experience was AMAZING! Our server Meredith 100/10. She was very knowledgeable, charismatic, and needs a raise! The food was great, melts in your mouth. I would recommend this place to everyone! But make sure you request Meredith as your server, you will not be disappointed!

Amazing food and staff! Went for my birthday and they treated me like royalty. The steak melts in your mouth , the crème brûlée corn is simply a must, and the scallops have some of the most flavor I've ever had. I couldn't recommend steak 48 more

We had an excellent dinner at Steak48. Our server, Andreas, was very knowledgeable about the menu and wine list. Our steaks, the bone-in filet and bone-in kc strip, were delicious. We enjoyed the king crab and avocado stack and the beet salad. The bottle of Silver Oak cabernet and cookies and cream gelato cake dessert rounded out our culinary experience. The ambience was fairly quiet. My son enjoyed seeing a well-known NFL quarterback dining at the table next to us.

We're always greeted with warmth and treated to top-notch service from the entire team. The food was outstanding. The roasted beet and Caesar salads were fresh and flavorful, our New York strips were cooked to perfection, and the corn crème brûlée and macaroni and cheese were absolutely scrumptious. The drinks—from the refreshing strawberry lemonade to the classic Old Fashioned and the smooth 20-year-old Port—were expertly crafted and truly elevated the evening. And the very chocolate cake was a lovely way to end the meal. The music and atmosphere added just the right festive touch. Thank you, Steak 48, for another unforgettable night. We're already looking forward to next year!

My friends and I travel regularly and one of our favorite things to do is eat at high end steakhouses. Up front, I will say that the prices might shock you. But the service was incredible and all the food has an amazing flavor profile. Drinks were moderately priced and well prepared. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and well prepared. The entire dining experience was fantastic and I do believe that Steak 48 is the best place we have ever eaten.
