As always, I had the best dining experience at Steak 48! Charles is goes above and beyond my expectations every time. He is proactive, engaging, and extremely skilled at what he does. Not to mention knowledgeable. He is definitely a great asset to the Steak 48 brand. As for my food (LOL)...the branzino never disappoints. Cooked to perfection on a lemon butter sauce. My husband and daughter both had the salmon and loved it. We also enjoyed the shrimp and calamari, as well as the crème brûlée corn and shishito peppers. Though we had NO room for dessert, we very much enjoyed the caramel butter cake ;-) . We will definitely be back!

Service was fantastic! Our servers were very knowledgeable and attentive. Unfortunately, the 12oz filet was very undercooked. Ordered to be cooked medium, but it was rare in the middle. When the manager was making their rounds we brought this up and they had us use a hot plate to further cook it, which was disappointing for the price, and unexpected for a place that has steak in the name.

The food was amazing and had to be eaten gracefully. The service was phenomenal. Our server spoke at a nice pace and time. He explained the menu and offer a great entree. He noticed my unused silverware was taken up by mistake and replaced it before I knew what had happened. The ambience was amazing. The only draw back was a couple groups that was a bit loud. In which I understand the establishment had to control over and they were celebrating.

Chloe is the BEST of the best servers I have ever had, and I have been to many fine dining restaurants all over the country and in France/England. As always, THE BEST food, service, meal in Charlotte.

Great service and great food. We will be back! The atmosphere is quiet and the lighting is excellent. The Fried Shrimp Deviled Eggs were superb! The filet was excellent, you could cut it with a fork.

It was a little off this time. We didn't get any hand towels like we usually would. The billing and take out bags were way off as well. I don't know what's so hard about charging me for what I ordered and putting it into my bag, my entire parties billing and food in our bags were all over the place. Food was great as always but I can't brag about the service like I used too.

Staff was very inconsiderate that my husband and I came in and I had on a $400 lulu lemon set and they turned us around. It took everything in me not to go back and spend a $2k on everything off the menu. And we even called to speak to the manager and he wasn’t on our side which in my opinion the customer is always RIGHT! But it’s okay I feel it’s a discrimination thing like along as your presentable and look good and clean it shouldn’t matter especially when all money is spent the same way but it’s OK cause we’re at RH right across the street and they loved us! The staff was just intimidated they seen some pretty BLACK AMERICANS they are entrepreneurs in the establishment! But let it have been Michael Jordan yall wouldn’t have stuck to yall “dress code” and then another lady came in after me with jeans and a sweat shirt looking dirty but WE get turned around!! I wasn’t satisfied with the staff nor the manager
