only time before you have to cook your own food
Just waiting 30 minutes in a drive thru line for one cheeseburger. Staff could care less, manager gave me dirty looks for asking if my order was correct. Been going here for years, never ever again
Went to this Steak and Shake location to grab a quick bite with my sister and waited over 5 minutes to be seated. Another customer and her daughter walked in after us and waited as well. Multiple employees walked past us and offered no acknowledgment. My sister then asks if there’s someone available to seat us—then an older black woman with glasses comes out and says “someone will be out here, eventually.”
