Some of the best fast food around town! When I went to California, I missed eating from here so bad! In N Out was not hitting the mark for me! Steak and Shake have the best value for your money , quick efficient service, the workers always get it right for us every-time even if my family makes substitutes in their meals. We love the taste of the garlic burgers, they are a hit! We always order from here at least once every 2 weeks, sometimes twice!!

Food is great as always at Steak & Shake. At this particular location, service is terrible. We got our food quickly and correctly but never got called for our shakes. When we asked about it, the woman got rude with us, handed mine to my husband and walked away. Mine had obviously been made and sat because it was melted. Five minutes later, my husband still hadn’t gotten his so I joined him at the counter. The lady very rudely went to the back and got his. She wanted to argue with us about having called our number which she never did. She called our name when our food order was up and then called the number after ours 3 times so maybe they enjoyed our shakes? We have always enjoyed Steak & Shake but are unsure if we will return to this store if this is the service that we will receive.

This would have had 5 stars just from the great customer service experience we were greeted with the staff was very helpful with ordering because this was the first time we ever did everything through kiosk...but our order was wrong and completely missing alot of our order and getting them to fix it was like pulling teeth

Steak 'n shake was ridiculous The management inside of the facility was very ignorant not professional at all no customer service threatened us and disrespected us in so many ways and I'm still waiting on a response from steak 'n shake with how they conducted their business with employees

Usually I go there for drive through. I buy mostly milk shakes for the kids. Serving staff is good, friendly. You have to understand that it takes a while to get your food ready because they cook to order. I think the portion size is smaller than what it seems to be on the ads, and their burgers are a bit greasy, but they are fresh. Prices are mid range.
