We went for brunch, the eggs Benedict was not very good at all and cold. The mimosas were warm, my friend did enjoy her waffles. I would not go back for brunch.

Xavier was awesome. We thought the housemade tonic was elderflower not elderberry. We ordered a gin and tonic and when it arrived pink, we realized our mistake. He graciously said it was HIS fault and removed it from our bill. We ordered a G and T with a St. Germaine floater and it was fabulous. The oysters Rockefeller, raw oysters and poke bowls are yummy.

Our server Madison was great. She was knowledgeable about the cocktails and the menu. The cocktails are thoughtfully curated with premium ingredients. A bit on the sweet side, but interesting and well done. The lettuce wrap appetizer was delicious. I ordered the seared tuna for my main course. Madison cautioned me that it was served rare. I told her that's how I like it. The tuna filet was thin and cooked medium to medium well. My entree was so salty I could not finish it. My wife ordered the halibut piccata. The fish was nicely done. Overall, I wish the food was as carefully prepared as the coktails. Not sure we will be back.

Really enjoyed the experience here. The oysters were fresh and flavorful, and the variety available was impressive. The drinks were consistently well made and added to the overall vibe. It feels like a charming spot for a relaxed date night, and the service was warm and welcoming throughout our visit. Looking forward to coming back again soon.

I had a reservation for 8 on Nov 1 2025. It was my husband’s birthday. We ordered shrimp and grits, but there were no grits. We ordered oysters and we could’ve get those either. The pasta was watery. The fries were cold. A lot of food got sent back to the kitchen … honestly nobody really ate. We ended up at Denny’s. I talked to a manager on the phone a few days later. She apologized and promised to send me a gift card. She took my information and I’ve yet to receive anything. Imagine having such a terrible dinner in such a nice restaurant. Disappointing to say the least.

We enjoyed a fun evening at Stir this week. We enjoyed the Tuna Bite Appetizer and the Whipped Feta for apps! Both were very tasty! I had the Mahi tacos as my entree and it was delicious and plenty of food for my main. My husband enjoyed the steak bowl, but did add sriracha and soy sauce for the missing *kick.* They did a great job on our drinks even with some off menu requests. Crème Brûlée for dessert was a good choice. Enjoyable overall, but giving it a 4 (really like a 4.3) as it missed just a little pizzazz that we find in many other Greenville restaurants.

I eat at the one in Gvl all the time and it is 100x better than this location, the oysters were awful, fries were dry, one of my crab cakes was the size of a thumb .. service was not bad but this location definitely needs some work, I will not be eating at this one again as i spent almost $200 and was very dissatisfied.
