Stoners Pizza Joint - Charlotte

This place is horrible! Ordered pizza delivery from their website! The driver was given the wrong address by restaurant it took over 2 hours to get pizza! Pizza was cold when it arrived! Did not receive 2 liter soda! Asked delivery driver about soda and was told it was not given to him by restaurant! Called restaurant to tell them about soda and was told it was not their problem!

Wow , I had to laugh at this 🤣 look at what they sent me I guess the worker was sleep when they had the nerve to send me these PEP- N ROLLIE appetizer dish .

I usually eat at the one in Columbia which is excellent. This was my first time eating at the one in Charlotte and the pizza crust was not cooked all the way out was completely white & very soft even though I ordered my pizza well done! There was so much cheese on top It was really hard to eat! I was literally almost choking on the pizza! It was truly unbelievable! The guy who was making it had gloves on but he was messing with his cell phone with them on and then he touched his face with them and never changed his gloves! The guy was very nice but someone needs to train him on safety! I might try it one more time but not until I talk to the manager:)

Great Food Terrible Location Should consider moving to a less hostile work environment like Matthews the epicenter being right beside transit makes it seem like a bad location to be at at night. The manager was very nice.

Food was okay. Very burnt. Items were missing. I hope next time if I ever decide to try this location again it , the food is in better quality.

Terry and Jessica at Stoner’s Pizza in Uptown Charlotte are awesome! They were both super friendly, welcoming, and made me feel like a regular the moment I walked in. Terry was quick and attentive, and Jessica made sure my order was perfect. On top of that, the pizza was hot, fresh, and delicious. Great service, great people, and great food—can’t ask for more!

I ordered through DoorDash and when my food arrived it was raw I had to put it in the oven and finish cooking it because it was not edible

when they give you their email to refund their shitty pizza, don't bother writing to them, they wont get back to you. waste of time and money

Ordered a pizza from here, took my first bite and there was a Bobby pin (hair accessory) in my pizza. How does this happen.

If I could give 6 stars I would!! The service was great! it’s not so often that I’m in uptown eating out, especially for pizza. The manager was great! He made sure I was well taken care of, I forgot his name but he is the best😊. I definitely will be back again!
