Visited a Monday night nit busy but the cheese is low quality, dough tastes frozen. Reminded me of a gas station pizza which is sad because I was really excited to eat good pizza and picked this place because I hoped for quality.

I placed an order at 1112 pm on a Sunday night and they accepted my order thru door dash and after my dasher got there and waited 15 min the dasher was told someone else was bringing our food but I got a call and someone else told me they cancelled mobile orders cause it was so close to closing. But I place my order over an hour and 20 min before closing! They are rude ! Do t ever answer the phone and they are unprofessional

Ordered online paid for extra toppings and received a plain cheese pizza also was supposed to get a 2 liter and had to get small cans of soda instead . Order was ready for pick up at 11:27 i arrived on time and the door was locked and nobody answered the phone until multiple customers were also waiting behind me for their online orders. The employee said he thought i was a door dasher and knew he didnt have any on his screen! Theres no excuse! Doors locked during operation hours is extremely unprofessional. DO BETTER!

Online Orders at the back of line!! Tried ordering food here and late night after a concert and was told online orders would be handled after walk ins. Very disappointed with how that was handled so ended up cancelling the order. Still awaiting refund as well. Definitely suggest prepping for after event rushes being one of the main late night spots

I am not one to leave view negative reviews but this place is awful. We ordered our food, they had 2 drinkcoolers that only had a few mountian dews in them, then we didn't receive one of the pizzas we ordered and they didnt offer to make it, I was charged for (4) 2 liters instead of 4 cans of soda totaling almost $14, then only received 4 wings in the order of 5 that we ordered. When I asked for a refund for the incorrect items I was told there was no manager that could do it, so I came back at 1130 pm and was told it would be refunded at 4 am when he is closing out. Never received a refund. The pizza tasted terrible the place is rundown and we ended up leaving more than half the food we paid for. Terrible experience all the way around.

If I could put zero stars I would. The Costumer service was the worst I’ve ever seen. Got my friends pizza wrong and didn’t even acknowledge it, didn’t say one word….AND told everyone in line to leave because it would take too long for them to get their food. You would think they’d want the business to keep going!

If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT SPEND MONEY HERE. Terrible terrible service and employees. I used to come here during the summer and the pizza was amazing never had any problems. I came in on the 4th of October and ordered a pizza and it was literally just all dough with a little bit of sauce and cheese. If I wanted that I would have ordered breadsticks. Wanted to give another try yesterday with my husband it was terrible again as i expected. Older white guy doesn’t know what he’s doing and what seems to be the manager doesn’t know what he’s doing either. Just throw away the manager and staff and shut this place down immediately. I get that it’s getting busy now and they need employees but hire ppl that know what they’re doing.

I got cinnamon rolls and they were “a little dark”… I asked if they come like this sometimes… he says sometimes. I wanted to ask “if the owner came in would you serve him this?… anyways pizza wasn’t thin and wasn’t the best option to eat tonight. Maybe I’ll try again.

Wanted to order delivery told to go to app to do so did was not quite sure if order went thru after giving payment and delivery info. Called to make sure was told delivery not available so I cancelled my order.
After about 2 hours called to see when Refund would be back in my account , was told by a person ,”wilts” that it could take up to 48 hours that was 09/20. /24 as of today 09/25/24 I have still not been credited $28.28 back to my credit !
Manager unavailable till 9:00 pm today
How to get my $$ no pizza bad service. ??
As of. Today ,October 1,2024 have not heard from …” boss man” and still no refund to my account ….. Not sure what my next step should be ???..
It has now been 30 days since Stoners has had my money …and I have not had any good or services (food) ???
I am a senior ,on a fixed income and can’t afford to just “give$” to small business without claiming it as a donation ..
Reporting this business to the BBB . Don’t expect much to come of that but I must be persistent in my resolve to get my $ back.
Hopefully ?????? I won’t have to show up and show out at Stoners.!
One would think that their accounting books would reflect a discrepancy in funds.
