He put his business on groupon and then refused to accept the groupon voucher because it was not good for his business....what does that have to do with the paying customer? Definitely not a way to get full paying clients. I even told him i have no problem with paying full price but I guess because I asked about my refund for the voucher, he canceled my appointment.
